On a previous version (don’t remember which one) I was able to add the URL search query of MetaGer as a custom search service. After having installed the last version (103.0), I tried to add the URL of Startpage but when I tap on button the app crashes completely and closes

After a recent Firefox update, my Bookmarks on my laptop browser disappeared. I have all my Bookmarks on my iPhone. How do I Sync FROM my iPhone so I can put my Bookmarks back on my laptop browser? I don't want to Sync onto my iPhone because that would erase all my Bookmarks.

Are my Bookmarks saved anywhere that I can access them?

Is there a way to reach Firefox support directly?

I lost the list of recovery codes before I could write any down. I clicked on the first key, can’t recall now what it was or what I was even thinking…I should’ve snapped a pic! They’re all gone. What can I do? Thanks for your efforts.

I am trying to install Firefox on a new iPad. I keep being sent in circles telling me to download it before trying to get extensions. But it shows on the homepage of my unit and appears installed. What am I doing wrong? I have gone to the App Store several times to “open” it.

I used to have my favorite add on theme ("Two Little Birds") on my desktop AND my phone. Now it appears as though the only themes for IOS are "light/dark." Is this correct? If so, WHY WHY WHY

As the subject suggests, I’m trying to figure out how I can recover about 180 tabs I lost while the inactive tabs setting was enabled. I don’t remember Firefox crashing - I just noticed a few days ago that all my inactive tabs were gone and have since been trying to find a way to recover them, with no success.

Which is why I’m here. Is there a way to access Firefox’s iOS files? From my research, I’m thinking it’s possible info on tabs might still be stored somewhere in those files.

My apps are automatically updating so I cannot tell what triggered these crashes. But Firefox now crashes continuously, as soon as I start the app.

I am running an up to date iOS 15.6 on iPhone XS.

It is impossible to use Firefox on my iPhone, not even for one second.

I hope you can fix this.

Neither using the QR code option or the email option work. Both result in a white screen.

By using the iPhone's camera to scan the QR code (instead of using Firefox) I can see that the QR code is point to https://mzl.la/MYCODE. This URL in turn is redirecting to https://app.adjust.com/somecode?campaign=firefox-desktop&adgroup=firefoxview&creative=CODE-123. Opening this URL in Safari gives me a white page with a "Download App" button to download Firefox (which I already have installed).

My Firefox account has the setting "Allow ⁨Firefox Accounts⁩ to send technical and interaction data to ⁨Mozilla⁩." set to off. So probably none of this tracking should occur.

In any case, I went to Firefox settings and turned on "Allow Cross-Website Tracking". I also went to Safari settings and turned off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking", "Privacy Preserving Ad Measurement" and turned "Content Blockers".

Then I tried syncing again. The result was the same white page as before.

When accessing some articles in BBC News I get the message 'Error 410 Gone'. It sometimes ocurrs when trying to open BBC News itself.

It haapens in all browsers and is intermittent.

I contacted the BBC and they just said sorry and offered no explanation. My DNS settings are 8.8.8.8. & 8.8.4.4

Why doesn't Firefox on iPad fill in user names and passwords for me?

The instructions to accomplish this don't work because the methods referred to aren't there.
