I can’t find a password I just saved onto Firefox in Passwords . When I search for the site in Passwords it says there is no matching login and provides no password.

I'm tryin to swap over to firefox from chrome vbut I can't see my bookmarks. It seems that the desktop version supports a bookmarks toolbar but the IOS version doesn't. t wouldn't be so bad if I could see ALL my bookmarks on IOS but I can't. I can't find any way of accessing them.

I don't need a bookmarks toolbar on IOS, I just want access to those I bookmark on desktop into the bookmarks toolbar.

Any ideas?

Sooo I had tens of tabs open, with intention to keep them - I couldn't find an option to save all of them, so decided to update the app, just in case FF caught up with some functionalities I've seen in my other browsers - bookmarking all tabs, namely.

After I've updated, all my open tabs are gone and "recently closed" is empty. There's no way to have the tabs back.

I don't expect there's a way to solve this problem, but I'm posting it here just in case, and at the same time marking my segue to Safari.

Hi there, recently I wanted to open Firefox on an iPad that I did not use for a while but I was not able to access the tabs anymore. They seem to be inactive somehow. Turning the inactive tabs-setting off did not help in getting them active again. At the same time it seems to be a graphical issue that does not show the tabs as active. When being in overview mode I still acn see thumbnaisl of the webpages that have be opened before, biut I cannot access and use these pages when I click on that corresponding tab.

What can I do to gain access to my obviously opened tabs again? Thanks in advance!

Hi, all of my passwords and usernames have been deleted. When I go to the passwords section of my account all that is listed is the web addresses. The usernames and passwords are blank! HELP!

My passwords do not sync from windows. I have verified they are both connected but my ios never has my desktop passwords. I have verified connected the setting is checked to copy passwords i have hit the sync shile sitting at my desktop but the passwords never are on my phone.

Firefox keeps opening up external apps when I do not want them to be opened. It opens the link in the browser AND in the app, which makes it insultingly frustrating when I eventually go to close the tabs in the browser because every time I try to close the tabs, the external app reopens!

Help me synch all passwords from Firefox on my MS Surface Pro to my new iphone 15promax. It was synching just fine with my iphone 13 but with new phone I am lost. I have selected the option to Sync passwords but it is not working.

I had been using Firefox on my iPhone for forever. All of a sudden the icon just disappeared, so I can no longer use it as my browser. When I check my apps in Settings, it's there, and checked as my browser, but there's no longer an icon to click on. I went to the app store thinking it had somehow become deleted, and instead of being able to get the app, it just says Open, meaning that it should be on my phone. How do I get the icon back? The way it is now, I can't even delete and re-install it.

I keep getting the red padlock but when I tap on it it says my connection is secure and when I tap on that it shows that I’m connected to HTTPS. What’s causing this? Is my connection exposed? When i shutdown and reopen the app the red padlock goes away but I'm confused as it says 'connection is secure' either way.

If i open a link to redirect to an app, let’s say wikipedia, it will redirect fine. When i switch back to Firefox, the mobile version of the link i clicked on will be loaded instead of just displaying search engine search results where i clicked the wikipedia link. 

Another thing that happens is if i click on the link, still being wikipedia, get redirected to the app, then close out firefox, the next time i open firefox, it will redirect me back to the wikipedia app.

This issue I have been having is not just related to Wikipedia, this is for any other link that may open a related app I have installed on my phone.

iOS 17.5 iPhone 14 Pro

Hi ! I´m using firefox 125.1(40778) on ios 17.4. Recently I faced a problem with the password manager of Firefox, as it doesn`t automatically fill in username and password on a site I visit on a regular basis. But when you click on the username the keyboard pops up and there I found the option to use the password manager of firefox. After re-authentification (fingerprint on my mobile) it opens the password manager and suggests the appropriate password. Clicking on it and you are in.

So the password manager still works although in a more complicated way because once you´re in the house you don´t need the door key anymore.

Hi all, opening of external links (e.g. out of AppleMail or any other App) is no longer possible since FF version 123.0 (IPhone 6S+ mit IOS 15.8.2, FF is standard-browser). The last weeks I followed the article (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1442950) which should be fixed with version 124. Meanwhile I updated to FF version 125.2 but the issue is not solved for me yet. When I click on an external link in AppleMail or other Apps, FF starts and shows the startscreen. Then the screens "flickers" one time but nothing else happens. Because not many users are reporting this issue I think that may be a configuration set on my IPhone is the cause of this and not a bug in FF. Has anyone an idea what can be the issue and how to solve it ?

I'm now very annoyed by this issue and if I don't find a solution soon, I'll install another browser.

When I scan any QR code it goes to a Firefox start page instead of the site the code it’s written to. I suspect it is a changed preference since this used to work fine. What should I check?
