If I were to delete my Mozilla account, would I be automatically signed out of both my Mozilla account and my Mozilla Support account across all devices?

Also, when deleting my Mozilla account, is any and all information related to both my Mozilla account and my Mozilla Support account deleted?

Hello, I think I may have asked about this in the past but cannot recall if I received an answer. Under Settings, I get the message "Your browser is being managed by your organization." This is my home computer and is not being managed by any organization. When I click for more information, it gives me a screen with the following information:

Policy Name Certificates

Policy Value ImportEnterpriseRoots

                         true

If I could get more information on this suspected error, or how to correct it, that would be great. Thanks!

The page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ai-chatbot lacks the list of data shared with the chatbot AI providers. It would be nice to know how it is done, how to review the data, and how pages can provide better data.

For first time received email from breach-alerts@mozilla.com. Title is: Your monthly Mozilla Monitor report. Is this a scam? Other people have asked this question and Mozilla Firefox company has not made any attempt to answer these serious questions. If I do not hear back from Mozilla Firefox within a week I might remove Mozilla Firefox and use another company.

When I last tried to buy with Google stored debit card from my bank the transaction was blocked by the presence of a four-month old phone number. I have updated several weeks ago to my current telephone number and address. Yet the new number is not there, instead the old number is not helping me.

I have been watching YouTube for years, issue free. This week I was blocked, as my computer may be blocking ads and thus violating You Tubes policy. How can I find and disable ad block programs/ extensions, thus allowing me to get back on You tube. I can recognize an outright program, but do not knew if extensions are in play that are not obvious to me. THANKS

Hi, I want a website (Protonmail, my email client) to store persistent data. I have enabled it, but I also have all my browser security settings on Strict (also clearing browse data and cookies on each closing of the browser), so now when I have downloaded the data and I close and reopen my browser: it's all gone. I tried looking at making Protonmail an Exception, but that's only possible in relation to Tracking Protection. How to fix this?

I am looking to turn on review checker and cannot see how to do it. I don't have the price tag icon displayed nor do I have any reference to Review Checker in my settings. I'm wondering if my version of Firefox supports it (133.0). Any ideas?

This seems like a phishing email, is it legit? Should I find another browser?

Now that Mozilla/Firefox have joined Google on the dark side, who is everyone switching to? I would like something that works well in both Windows and android. I hear Opera can't be trusted and I don't like how there are like 6 difference versions of Opera in the android app store. DuckduckGo is just badly made IMO. Edge causes some glitches with one of the sites I use most. Should I try Brave? I just want a browser to BROWSE the web. I don't want AI. I don't need a VPN or adblock built in. I don't want a "gamer" browser. A decent local password manager would be nice but I don't want to have to make an account to use it. I know if the product is free, you are the product, so I would almost prefer a browser you pay for but oddly that doesn't seem to be a popular option. Probably because the user data the companies collect makes them more money then people would be willing to pay. Sad times. I miss the 90's.

I regularly receive email advice (via Thunderbird) from companies to access my account with them.

Two days ago I selected a link to direct me to the secure form. I note that the exact same link has been provided to me in the past and opened. This time however I was confronted with "Invalid Address".

I was advised to copy the link into another browser; I chose "Edge" and the form opened.

I have cleared FireFox's "Recent History" but that still gives no joy.

How do I overcome this?

Is there something in a configuration file that I might edit, or a potentially corrupt Windows Registry entry?

I do not use any Windows Security depending upon Bitdefender (which has never created any issues of this nature).

Hello Since the last update I have not been able to sign in to Government sites using my bank as a sign in partner. I am able to sign in using Google Chrome but I prefer Firefox for my daily browser. I have cleared cache and all data and am still unable to sign in. I am using Version 137.0.1 (64-bit)

Your help will be appreciated.

Currently I must sign on to Frontline Education to see if there are any new substitute teaching job offers available 24/7. I would like to receive audible notifications on my Macbook Pro or Apple ipad or Apple iphone to alert me to a new job offer so that I can then go to my device and look at the job offer. Thank you. Hi I am a long time user of firefox because i love its customization and tools available to help me with my work and personal life. Recently i have been ordered to remove Firefox from the company laptop as it was deemed insecure by the IT and security department. I have been told to use MS edge and Google's Chrome. Their reasoning is "An inconsistent comparator in xslt/txNodeSorter could have resulted in potentially exploitable out-of-bounds access. Only affected version 122 and later. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 136 and Firefox ESR < 128.8." I do not know what this means. Is there something i can tell my IT department to argue against the directive to only use either Edge or Chrome. Best regards, F Silva
