Hi,

Somehow while searching for this solution on the web. I got my answer in a foreign Firefox. The answers posted to this solution are in English but all the other buttons are according to Goggle translate are in Lithuanian. How can I see this whole page in English?

I was able to answer a couple of people but if I search in my USA profile, none my posted questions or answers include the ones from the Lithuanian Firefox.  Just curious if I could see them here somehow.

When I select Print from the cal menu, I get the window preview which is normal. When selecting PRINT, nothing comes up. It just sits there. It used to bring up a dialog box to select printer (pdf, etc) This happens on multiple Windows machines and has for months. I just tried adding an exception for the pop-up blocker, no effect. Thanks!

FYI, running Windows 7 and Microsoft Office (including Outlook) 2007. (Yes, I know I should upgrade, but some of the other programs I use will not work on Windows 8 or 10, and I don't want to spend a couple thousand dollars to get newer versions.) With that in mind, every now and then I get an email message in Outlook with a hyperlink that I cannot open. This does not happen on all messages, just some of them. I can put the cursor over the item, and the hyperlink address shows up, but I cannot open it, select it, copy it, or anything else. Sometimes I can tell the message to "open in browser" (which unfortunately opens it in IE), but then I can click on the item, and either (1) tell it to open in a new tab in IE, or (2) select "Properties", copy the address in the Properties window, and then paste the address into Firefox. (A lot of effort just to open a hyperlink, yes?) Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have to say that this has been the most frustrating issue that I have been unable to find any kind of help with.

I am running W7 on this laptop (I do not know more than that), even W10 on my desktop, both with the most updated version of mozilla.

I have removed the adobe flash player, and now I cannot get any videos to play, like on CNN and other various sites. I just get the spinning wheel of nothing. It seems that only you tube is working, barely.

Am I missing something, is this open html5 crap supposed to just take over and everything will be okay.

Maybe someone, somewhere can post a layman's explanation on what is going on. If there are issues, how to fix them. I don't need anymore information telling me how to remove because it is dead. What I need is what is replacing it, how does it work, and where and what can I do to fix issues.

Searching for help here on this subject is just tedious. I get over 3000 replies, or what ever they are called here, but just nothing on an explanation of what is changed and or how it works, more like doesn't work.

What do I need to do in order to be able to watch/play videos online.

Any help would be very, very much appreciated.

I have no trouble switching the Mozilla folder to make things simple for my 64 bit win 7 install works like a charm. I also have a 32 bit win 7 on another drive that I would like to update with all my latest bookmarks and passwords. I would just save the Mozilla folder of that 32 bit drive and slide my 64 bit made Mozilla folder over to it. Would this work, I don't believe it could cause any harm if it don't work I can always just slide my 32 bit folder back in, I will have it saved of course just in case. I have in the past moved those other folders but this is different in that I cannot run both drives and systems at the same time,. I have them so I can chose my boot choice either in bios or using the F11 key to chose which would boot first. I haven't used the 32 bit for two years but I have a lot of tools I need to go back to and use for image work. I can select the Mozilla folders easily from either system and do the replacement so it isn't hard. I would rather like some input before I do this. Of course I am talking about my profile information but moving the entire Mozilla folder from one to the other, that is a working fix for making it easy on a new firefox install without any bookmarks or other information. About 25% of the time when I click on a link in YouTube or other places, or open in a new tab, the new tab appears but there is no "hourglass" to say it is processing. If I close the tab and do it again it works and there is an hourglass and then it completes. I think it started with 84.01 but got better on 84.0.2 but still happens maybe 10% of the time. Thanks

I can't use Netflix on my old Windows 7 machine. I'm sure my computer can handle the transcode but just in case - it runs an i3-2330M with 6GB of RAM. When I hover over a title, I can see the preview but when I click it, I end up with an error message. I run the latest Firefox version and have also restarted to check if it works but alas, to no avail.

I have attached an image below. Also, just in case, I have done the adjustments to Firefox's configuration from here.

All help would be appreciated!

PS. Not sure if this helps, but Firefox couldn't play Spotify either! When I open the web Spotify player, I can see my playlists and such, but when I click on any song/album/playlists's play button, it doesn't respond at all! I have resorted to using the app, but am mentioning just in case if it helps figure out the problem/for other users having the same trouble as me.

My win-application (1)compose an local-html-template, (2)call to open it with a Firefox as a "text editor" for some changes and getting final local-html-documents and (3)needs to save changed local-html-document automatically under application control.

Like model works good with any text-editor like notepad, OpenOffice etc. The application retains control of the text-editor until the text-editor closes (with or without saving document).

However, in the case of the Firefox, the application loses control of the Firefox as soon as the page is opened. And the application does not have information about the shutdown of the Firefox.

The question is: Is there an Firefox-option that allows you to keep control of the application over the Firefox during open Firefox or tab-session?

erride Color of Visited Websites since version 69.0.3

Since after version Firefox 69.0.3 32bit, the visited website color can not be altered no matter what variation I try within General - Language and Appears - Color. Background and Text work fine though. I can change the color on the color screen but it has no effect when I have visited websites after a Google search. I pick the color via the rainbox color screen in the Color section.

Being able to change the color for visited website to Red would make my life easier while doing searches to avoid repeatedly going to the same websites previously looked at. Just for your info, I change the colors of the Background to Black, Text to White, and non-visited website to white. I have low vision and it makes it easier on my eyes.

I have this problem on my old Windows 7 with every version upward. I just got a brand new Dell with Windows 10 and it has the exact same problem with both the 32-bit and 64-bit version of 84.0.2. Hence, this is why I have not bothered submitting this issue until I got my Windows 10 unit.

On the Tools - Options - General - Language and Appearance - Color, I have tried both Always Override and Use only with Hight Contrast Theme. Checking and un-checking Use System color and Underline weblinks had no effect. None of these variations had no effect.

I want to import my mobile Safari bookmarks into Firefox on my desktop. I have read many articles on here but none of them have helped. I had hopes for this one(https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1285031) but it was unclear whether the user was on a Mac or PC.

I have already installed iCloud for Windows and the iCloud Bookmarks add-on in Firefox. I have supposedly performed the sync operation already, but nothing seems to have transferred. I have neither the Safari bookmarks in Firefox, nor the Firefox bookmarks in Safari(which I do not want or care about as Safari will be deleted when I am done with all this) I don't see any options to adjust any kind of settings in either program.

I very much would like to get this iCloud thing to work. If that continues to be unsuccessful, is it possible to create an HTML file from the mobile Safari bookmarks and import THAT into Firefox?

I've noticed for about 2 weeks now, my google street view is not working like it used to. It some times will not respond and when it does respond it is very slow. I didn't used to have this problem, so maybe a new Firefox update or some other issue is causing then problem? How can I view my browser settings to see if some thing there is causing the problem? Hopefully, someone can help and cure the problem. Thanks,
