Hello! Recently switched from Chrome to Firefox. I wanted to get browser push notifications from Facebook, specifically Messenger, but it won't toggle on for some reason. When I refresh the page, it's still off. I've allowed Facebook.com permission to send notifications, cleared cookies and cache, and even uninstalling Firefox extensions, but no luck. Any help?

I have few sites that pop up in autosuggestion every time I type an letter (for example when I type "i" i got autosuggestion for "imgur.com"). I want to delete these entries as they clutter my search bar. I already deleted search history with all boxes marked as checked, I used shift+delete option and every time it comes back. I want to completly delete all autosuggestion data or find a solution to delete only these I want to delete.

I still want to have autosuggestion turned on. I just want to reset it and erase it completly. I reinstalled the browser but it didn't work either.

when i go to Facebook i continue to get network errs and also in Facebook I keep getting something went wrong reload the page. I have disabled and deleted some add ons an even tried in trouble shoot mode and still i get it. I have tried every thing i know how even refreshed Firefox. I do not get it in Chrome and it has much of the same add ons or extensions. I tried to send a report to Facebook but you know how that goes.It is getting annoying Not sure if it Facebook and Firefox or just Facebook . But if ti is not happening in Chrome or edge that leads me to come to the conclusion it is Firefox

I am on Windows 10. I just updated my Firefox web browser and it send me an error message: "XUL Runner, Error, Platform Version 113.0.2 not compatible with min version equal or greater or lesser than 113.0.1. IS this a problem and what is the solution?? Bob Krause

Please email or call me to fix. My old, initial, primary email is no longer accessible to I cannot cite the "code" that Mozilla wants me to cite... when I am trying to input a secondary email. So do I need to cancel my account and re-register, or can a staff member fix this for me (please)? [edited] @outlook.com (new, and only, email)

Although I didn't change anything with firefox, now my browser opens in a tiny window, and I must hit the full screen symbol twice to get it in full screen, why? I've done all the 'fixes' for this F11 and others, nothing changed.

bold text Mozilla flags 'captive network detected', does nothing to fix, still an issue, though it's been reported... Multiple Times. I have this issue w/Aurora CO. Central Library, & Fresenius Dialysis Care Facility in Aurora CO.!

What's disturbing is how many websites you have blocked my access to? We may never know. USAA is one of the most important websites I use. Hell, I've been a member since 1985. But you don't allow me access. I have to use a Microsoft program like Chrome (I also hate) or Edge is what my Dell laptop came with, so you force me to use that when you don't allow me to use USAA.

I'm about ready to switch permanently to Edge. All I need is 1 browser, not headaches. You're not reliable.

All of a sudden I need to click the bookmark this page star twice to get the drop down menu. I've cleared the cache, stopped hardware acceleration, & disabled addons in trouble shoot mode. No joy.

Hello, I'm looking for help with these crashes, it happens from twitter to Youtube and Facebook; I've tried with Troubleshoot Mode and still happens, I've erased cookies and didn't work.

How do I remove the policy that controls this: "Your browser is being managed by your organization."

I do not have a "Mozlla" in the policies location. All information I see for removing the statement below shows that the word Mozlla is what you remove with Regedit. The information "Your Browser is being managed by your organization."

All I have under Policies is: Adobe, Dell, Google, HP, Microsoft

This is the last time I'm going to inquire about this topic. I will switch browsers bc Firefox touts their superior product with hundreds of complaints I just cant ignore further.

I USED to be able to close Firefox browser with confidence. Now I can expect to waste several minutes a hour/day logging back into my websites bc Firefox no longer remembers my login information..

I want ONE thing from Firefox, step by step by step instructions on how to put your browser back to the way it was before you'all decided to to "make things better".

Logged into Twitch, can see and type in chat, but video and audio do not work. This happens on my Main Twitch account as well as my alternate. I do not have this issue with Google or Edge.

My e-mail address changed, but the old one keeps popping up. I need to ELIMINATE the old one and use ONLY the new one. I've told various organizations, businesses, etc., to make the change. I want Mozilla Firefox to ELIMINATE the old one and use ONLY the new one. Help!
