Yesterday I started having trouble logging into Gmail and associated apps (calendar, contacts, docs, sheets, shared folders, etc., as well as google.com) in Firefox. All other sites are loading with no problems. Google apps are working fine in Chrome. Still having problems today.

My office uses Google Workplace for everything so this is really messing me up, I've lost several hours of work trying to get things to load. The IT person told me that if Firefox is having problems I should use Chrome instead. I hate Chrome! I want to use Firefox, but I can't get my work done if it won't load Google apps.

After each fix things start working for a while but then everything Gmail-related freezes or crashes and I need to start all over again. Help!!!

I contacted the Daily Mail newspaper because I keep getting their popup news alert messages even when I am reading my email. My Firefox popup blocker is checked. I complained to the news paper and they gave the following message to get rid of these annoying messages. Here are their instructions to stop this on Firefox> 1. There is no Preferences category under my settings icon. There is no Content on the left side of the page when I go to Settings There is no Notifications label from which to select Choose.

How the heck do I get rid of this annoying popup or notification or whatever the heck it is? Please advise. Thx

I am using Windows 10 Pro on a desktop. When l log in using chrome,I am taking to TikTok web page. I am using same extensions in FF and Chrome.

I continue to get access denied messages when going to common websites. You don't have permission to access "http://www.fredmeyer.com/savings/cl/coupons/?" on this server. ''Reference#18.d793517.1649002062.289635e4 This doesn't make sense - this is a site I go to frequently & don't understand why I continue to have problems - I followed some suggested fixes yesterday & it seemed to work again until this morning. I also got a message when I tried to access Amazon that indicated the connection was not secure. I have found that after a short time Firefox stops displaying images in Facebook and only shows a description of what it thinks the image is. I have Firefox version 95.0.2 (64-bit) with Windows 10 with the latest updates installed. I have a Dell laptop with an i7 cpu and 63 GB of RAM. This does not occur with other browsers. Reloading the page does not fix it, only a complete shutdown and startup of Firefox.

YouTube TV won't load in my Mac OR my Windows Firefox.

Error: "Please use the latest version of Firefox to watch YouTube TV on your desktop."

I'm running 99.0.1. Enhanced tracking off. Extensions off.

YouTube support has been no help! Any ideas here?

After the most recent update to the browser, I am no longer able to successfully login to many websites. Example for me include: Xcel Energy, Aol Mail, my local City Utility website and no doubt others I have yet to discover.

I know this is a browser dependent issue because Google Chrome is still able to access these sites just fine, but after the latest update to Firefox it no longer can.

It's able to load the login page and the site, but login in specifically returns either an error that shows on the webpage, or the URL displays some form of error code. Or in AOLs case it simply says "Uh oh. Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." with a length authorization error code in the URL.

Any help with this would be appreciated. I've cleared Cookies, Cache, Active Logins and every other History Clearing option set to "Everything" as the length of time back to clean-up.

Like I said, this is a Firefox dependent issue due to Chrome accessing these sites just fine. I'd rather stick with Firefox over moving to Chrome but if no one can solve this problem then I guess it'll finally be time to ditch Firefox sadly, even though I've been using it since the early 2010s.

For some reason, when I go to Amazon.com on my Firefox browser it is now coming up in Spanish. This is the only website where this is happening. I have rebooted my computer, but that doesn't solve the problem. Also, if I go to Amazon.com on Google Chrome, it comes up in English. Is there a way that I can solve this problem?

This happens with all of my web browsers. Is it safe to allow Fortinet ?

mazdausa.com won't fully display. I just updated to version 100 (woohoo) and tried looking in troubleshooting mode, still no luck. The middle of the page where the car (picture) is supposed to show up is blank. The rest of the site loads.

I have been unsuccessful in finding a solution in searches, so posting here. On one website I use, a machining forum, when I want to reply to a post, I have no text edit options ie bold, italic, emojis, etc. They are there, but grayed. They have worked previously for me. I don't know what changed like a setting on my part or an upgrade. I currently run Firefox version 99.01. I asked on the forum and other users have the same version and no problems. I can access the page with Chrome and on my phone (Android) and no problem so it is not my account. And on other forums, I ie different websites, I can use those functions. I have removed history cache and cookies, restarted Firefox and restarted the laptop.

Any suggestions?

Since the latest Firefox, I cannot load Bell Webmail when I am using my VPN. Everything works fine with Edge. I am not tech savvy, but is there something in "settings" that should be adjusted. Bell says that Firefox is the problem. Alan

I use Firefox web browser, my OS is Windows 10 pro. I am the webmaster for site http://eckankarinoklahoma.org. When I revise and update the website pages, Firefox does not recognize the changes made until I hit the reload (renewal) button to the right of the address. However, when there is no reload button for a page, Firefox never will recognize the changes that have been made until I delete my browsing history. It appears to be read web history pages. I've tried everything, from reloading the page to getting out of the site and returning, etc. to get Firefox to recognize the changes but it will not. Like I said, the only way I can get it to recognize the changes is to delete my history, which is a real pain. The page that doesn't have a reload button is a password protected page. See site mentioned above and click left hand menu item "Members Login here." However, by visiting this page you won't be able to see the problem until you have visited it, and then again after it has been revised. The only revision made to this page is the date in the label asking for the password. The password works fine, it's just that the label never updates and this is important for users to know in which article to find the password. Sorry for the wordiness of this, but I hope you get the idea of the problem.

I need to access Canvas as part of my school coursework. As of yesterday, Canvas refuses to load in Firefox. I've restarted my Mac, made sure Firefox is up to date, and tried running Canvas in Chrome, where it worked just fine. My internet connection is also stable. All other websites seem to be working in Firefox, but for some reason Canvas doesn't load after any amount of time and the interface appears as the attached image. Any help? Firefox is my preferred browser and I actually cannot do any online coursework without Canvas, so any suggestions or advice are very welcome.
