From a week ago, for no apparent reason, I get "403 Forbidden" when I try to read articles on seattletimes.com using my prescription to the site. It's a total block of the site.

After rebooting, the site is OK until I log in, as needed to read particular articles. Then nothing is accessible any more.

The trouble is the same on all my laptop/desktop computors, which all have Firefox and are in sync with it, and once I log into the site on one of them it's blocked on all. But this doesn't affect my android phone, on which every article can still be read.

This is clearlly therefore a Firefox problem.  I'm worried that I'll have to switch out of Firefox to some other browser.  This is unreliable behavior.

I have a specific website that I have active in FireFox called myNoise.net. It allows me to generate background noise generators to cover-up the distracting noises from my neighbours when working at home on my desktop computer. The audio on the website worked the last time I opened Firefox ~2 July ... but today, when I opened the browser, the audio no longer works. I cannot get the website audio to load at all - I added the website to additional exception lists & shut down some content blocking extensions, but no joy. The website was already listed in multiple exception lists & I do not know or understand what change(s) occurred with the browser that would prevent this site from properly functioning - since it literally worked a week ago. I would appreciate any assistance and/or guidance with this issue, otherwise I will be eliminating Firefox as one of my browser options. I have provided a screenshot of the site that shows the perpetual "now loading" screen. Thank you.

I usually use Nightly as my default browser in a Windows 11 system. Recently I started to get a new error message showing up when I try to select multiple messages in Yahoo e-mail. I select them by clicking on the first message, then holding down Shift and clicking on the last message in the range. That should turn on the selection boxes for all the messages between the two.

Now, when I press the Shift key, I get an error box right on top of where my mouse cursor is, so it interferes with me. The top of the box says "mail.yahoo.com", which is the web-site I'm signed in on. Then it has a link with the text "Login - Sign in to Yahoo". Below that is an ad for all the wonderful things I can get by signing in to Yahoo. At the bottom is an error message, "We can't generate key points for this webpage."

I tried the same action in the current General Release of Firefox, v140, and this does not happen. I suspect that this is an intrusion by some sort of AI software, but I don't know what setting might have been activated to turn this on. Does anyone have any idea how to turn it off?

Lately when composing an e-mail at gmail.com on my Firefox the attachment button is missing. As well all styling aids are missing (font, fontsize, bold... etc.). This problem does not arise, when using Chrome or Windows Edge instead Firefox. But I sure want to stay with Firefox.

I'm trying to access my federal government account. They want me to verify my identity at verify.id.me. When I reach the point that it wants to see my ugly mug on camera it tells me there is no camera. I've given verify.id.me permission to use the camera in privacy & security. I can record a video with ffmpeg. What have I missed? I don't see any relevant errors in firefox's output. I'm trying in safe mode.

I updated my MAC OS, my Firefox IS up to date. My RING website Log-In no longer works on Firefox, yet is DOES work using Safari, which I never use. Is there a setting on the latest Firefox I can change so I can access my RIng account from my Desktop browser? It DID work last month

I once used a website for support for my mental health. There is no other website like it, and I would not be here today without it. For several years now, I've attempted to re-access the website. I have even gotten to the final page (which is rare) but when I click on the "I hereby consent" button - nothing, just errors. I've added the main website and the page site that will not load to all exceptions of all privacy settings I have switched on, but nothing. To be honest, I can't tell if it is Firefox or not, as other browsers give me the exact same issues. I have ADHD and reading, and making sense of the various solutions seems impossible. I cannot even access the website with all other antivirus & malware software, VPN or any other security software and extensions turned off. Remedying this feels hopeless. How can I get assistance? I only wish to sign back up but I can't. I do not believe it is the website creating the issue. I have screenshots showing the error pages, how do I send diagnostic data to you so you might be able to help?

When use the built-in button on a video to fullscreen it (Youtube or any other site) then the taskbar will do the animation to go away then instantly come back up. If I use f11 I to fullscreen all of firefox the taskbar does not show. Why is this happening with videos? Using other browsers I do not encounter this issue.

So when I open some websites such as the RimWorld wiki ( https://rimworldwiki.com ), whenever i scroll my gpu for firefox launches straight to 100% and becomes extremely laggy. I have no idea what is causing this. My friends and other browsers run it completely fine. I have tried troubleshoot mode, gotten rid of all my extensions and themes, removed all cookies and cache and nothing works. My drivers are all updated, and I have truly just given up. If anyone has any solutions I would be much obliged.

When using excel for office 365 there's a behavior unique to firefox. Normally when a cell is selected Ctrl+A will select all of the contents of the cell, this is normal behavior. When overwriting the text by typing any other text it will begin typing in a different orientation, (between horizontally and vertically). If pressing Ctrl+A again and typing any text it will again flip the orientation. This is infinitely repeatable on all systems I've tried. I've complained to microsoft support to a near-harassment level and they've told me to talk to you. I'm not making a bugzilla account so I'm posting it here.

I have a problem that I cannot resolve for months. I'm always listening to YouTube I'm listening music while I'm working or I'm doing task on Firefox I used to have no problem I just Open YouTube and let it play on auto play and it goes no matter what. About 6 months ago I started to experiment some problems the video stop all the time even if I have a playlist going on like 50 song one after another it will stop once in a while for no reason. It pissed me off so much that I have to change my browser by default and I don't like other browser I use always Firefox with DuckDuckGo so when I'm trap to use other browser I get mad the only one that functions very good it's on edge Microsoft and seriously I cannot stand this… I'm forced to use YouTube only on edge it's the only place that it works no matter what it never stop. It used to be a little arrow in the bottom of the screen, a button that you can click on and off to Auto play or not, this button disappear it's not even there no more. This button Auto Play it's not there in Edge or Google Chrome but YouTube works for them not for Firefox so what is the problem it's not the setting is it YouTube that's got problem with Firefox? I don't know, it must be a way, a back door because I need to go back with Firefox I need to go back with DuckDuckGo. I'm pissed because I have to leave just because of that and that it's no compromise for me my music will pass before everything else. I don't feel like asking question to the community because it takes months before they answer you if they do. It's no customer service for Firefox or Mozilla whatsoever they don't answer you they don't talk to you they don't fucking care and this is another thing that pisses me off because they have a good thing going on but they don't care about the people. Graphics Drivers I ensure that my graphics drivers are up to date. They are Testing Other Browsers I already mentioned that Edge works well Google Chrome also So you got an idea what I can do maybe shooting with a gun on the computer? Maybe pouring bleach or fuel on the keyboard? Maybe that work.

Trying to sign in on AOL and getting error number 15, this is Mac pro book and FireFox browser, went to Safari everything worked on that site. Went to my Dell Desk top with FireFox and it worked ok that computer. Has anyone else had this problem.

I tried to log in to NextDoor, which was supposed to send by email a 6-digit login code for me to enter. I tried at least twice, and no code was received. I'm using Firefox 128.12.0esr on a Mac running Catalina 10.15.7. Logging in to NextDoor from a Brave browser worked just fine, including getting the code by email. How to I fix this?

I have been having a problem the last 2 weeks. When ob certain pages my browser will suddenly jump to the top, or near the top, of the page. I have mostly noticed it on Walmart when i try to click on the add button or if i remove an item from my cart. It happens on a few other places like Barns and Nobles . Anyone else having this problem? Cant be sure but i first noticed it after one of the last updates. I have tried running my browser in safe mode and disabled all extensions and add-ons but still does the same thing. click and and page jumps to top. click on an item to look at it and the page goes all the way to the bottom.
