My name is Cezar Dobre and I have a problem with my account: - after I have reinstalled my operating system, I tried to recover my old data - I lost my recovery key so I have reset my password - I didn't know that if I do so, my data will disappear - meanwhile I have also found my previous recovery key

How can I get my old data back? Please help!!

I use Firefox as my default browser. I have sync turned on. Im signed in thru my google account. Firefox does NOT sync to my Chrome browser and Google account. Whats the fix?

Hi there, I have saved my google account's password in my Firefox account and its something very strong. Now I try to sync Firefox but it asks me to enter 6 digits code sent to my email but I can't access my email unless I access my passwords in my Mozilla account!

Why I can't I see this? or where can I find it?

Various Fire Fox sources say I need to set up an Firefox Syn account and that I can make a selection to do this in Firefox preferences. However this is no option for this available. There is a single option labeled sync but it doe does not synchronize my laptop to my account and none of my bookmarks etc are up to date.

I had to reset my computer.

I had Firefox sync on it and in the past all I’ve had to do is login and it restores history bookmarks and setting when I install it on a new or reset device

It’s not doing it this time, any advice?

After a reinstallation of FIREFOX, it failed to login to sync with Firefox. My account and password input are correct. And I can login to my accout with Chrome (https://accounts.firefox.com/).

my OS: ubuntu 18.04 firefox version: 100.0.2

My system disk failed, so I had to restore it from pretty old backup, with old Firefox version installed and old profile data. Now I want to start Firefox and reopen all my recent tabs from Firefox Sync, but not from my local (old) profile. How should I proceed?

i have re-install new windows and download fresh firefox and sign-in when i sync my account i didn't find any data (passwords , bookmarks , history , etc ... ) i found my firefox account as new

Hello,

Yesterday I got signed out of my Firefox Sync and when I tried logging in, I realized I don't have Firefox in my authenticator app any longer. I have found Firefox recovery codes, which were issued in 2019 when I enabled 2FA, however when I try using them I get "Recovery code not found."

Can these recovery codes be used to prove my account ownership, even if I somehow generated new codes after 2019 but didn't save them (which I doubt, but it's not impossible) ?

I am not logged in on any other device so I cannot disable the 2FA that way. Is there any hope?
