If I highlight text on any page in Firefox 136.0, and then ask Gemini to "Explain this", Gemini opens in the Sidebar (I have selected the RHS of the screen for the sidebar), but my selected text is not entered into Gemini, and nothing happens. If I try this again while the sidebar is open, I get the message "Something went wrong, try reloading this page" Reloading the page doesn't help.

Firefox in the task bar will not gob to full screen. It shows any open sites but will not expand the browser to full screen. Microsoft edge operates fine from the task bar. How can I fix the issue

Hello,after the most recent update I've noticed a change in the behavior of Firefox. If I have,say 2 livestreams or videos opened (in separate windows) and full screened,if I hover over the Firefox icon in the taskbar,I no longer get a live preview of what is happening in said windows. It shows a live preview of only one,and if I want to see what's going on in the other,I have no switch over to that window,which causes the first one to appear paused. Prior to the last update,that wasn't the case. Was this intentional or is there a new setting in Firefox that I've missed?

I have important Tabs opened for the past few weeks. When my Firefox page closed and I reopened firefox, it was onto a new fresh page. When I go to Menu, History, Recently closed tabs, it just gives me tabs that I have closed. I want to open my Firefox page and have the 10 or so Tabs, that were opened and Not closed back on the fresh page. HELP.

I can't grant camera access to this website. I keep clicking allow, but nothing happens. It's like the button is broken. Someone on Reddit said I didn't grant permission on my phone. But it's already granted with it saying it was last accessed.

I'm using s23 ultra Samsung.

Hi, Since 5 days, Netflix only has blackscreen + sound BUT if i open private window, it shows video and sound as normal

I deactivated all plugins

How can I fix it, so dont need to open private window?

Ever since I updated Firefox to version 110, I’ve been experiencing consistent crashes when trying to visit certain websites, such asIrish Kilt Shop. The issue started immediately after the update, and I’ve tried restarting my computer, clearing the cache, and disabling extensions, but the problem persists. I’m running Windows 10 and have no issues with other browsers.

In the past the automatic updates were updated by it self, now I need to go Updates and click to start. then I receive this recurrent message:

The updates cannot be installed, and I need to execute manually dpkg configure.

I am attaching the screenshots for better understanding.

Any detail instruction of the procedure to fix, it will be very very helpful.

the About Firefox information says version 136.0.1 Firefox is up to date, however in the Update History in Settings, all the updates since version 113 are list as "updated failed"

I have only had this computer since Christmas and I have no idea how to use Windows 11. I seem to be able to go to other websites Bank of America no problem but time out message every time I try to go to my e-mail

I opened the Bookmark Manager because I wanted to change some tags. After I made the changes, and deleted the websites from the old tags, I wasn't able to delete them. In r/mozilla it was suggested that I Verify Integrity. Is there something I'm supposed to do after I run that? I was still unable to delete tags. I am trying to sync my iPhone to my laptop, but the app on iPhone just buffers. Ive tried several times and don't know what the problem is.

its a brand new iPhone 15 and my laptop is in good working order. I have internet connection so I'm lost. Please advise me when you have time.
