Would you like to explain to me why the Dashlane Extension will either not load or will load after several minutes? Rather a catch 22 isn't it. You want my password to raise this issue; but, you will not give me access to my password vault. It used to work just fine. What did you change?

Also telling that Mozilla holds the keys to the realm but have zero interest in providing direct support.

Hi, I need to reinstall my windows, I forget my Firefox account and create a new one and lost all my saved password. Is there any way to retrieve it? I create Firefox account ofc to save the password, but if the account cannot save the password whats the point to create an account.

I go through the process of signing into Firefox Sync, it sends the confirmation e-mail and i copy paste the code in, then it takes me to the mozilla accounts page and shows me all the data about my account, but when i click on sync under settings, it says "account disconnected" if i click "sign in" the process repeats with the end result being "account disconnected"

Hi, I was trying to access employee login (most likely exchange server login) but nothing happened. It was okay for me if I access it in Chrome. What is the problem? Target website:https://www.parksystems.com/en/sign-in

when trying to log into Arizona state school, it uses duo authentication after typing in password and login it starts to try to authenticate then says 403 forbidden. but works fine on my laptop but it will not work on my desktop Ive looked through the forum done all the clear catch and enable site but still not having luck normally id continue on my laptop but i need multiple screens for the current class I'm doing and my laptop doesn't suffice.

Each time I close the firefox web browser I get logged out of my firefox account and out of all the different websites and emails I use. I have looked on the forum and tried the proposed solutions but it's not working: I disabled the "Clear history when Firefox closes" setting and I even did a refresh of firefox which also didn't solve the issue

I am using a primary password. However the password is required when I open Firefox as well as for password protected websites I visit. Is there a way to not have to put in the primary password every time I open Firefox? I feel duplicate protection is unnecessary and time consuming.

Hello, I'm having some problems with multiple websites at the moment on log in, when i put my personal information and click on the logging button, nothing happens, and i have tried with another browse (chrome), the next action is show a captcha to permit the log in, that can't be shown on Firefox.

Some sites are Coursera, this is where i recognized this problem, the other is Good Smile Company (the US version).

Can anybody know how to solve this? i want to stay on Firefox for all my internet navigation.

Recently I have been getting this message and being blocked out of sign in ability at some sites after the last update. Error: Google reCAPTCHA verification failed, please try again later

How do I get rid of this? Please be specific.

When I login to my Virgin Mobile Canada account (at https://www.virginplus.ca/myAccount/logon-smart.do), it displays the error:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit. The URL for the error message starts with https://www.ges.bell.ca/siteminderagent/SmMakeCookie.ccc?SMSESSION=

After getting the error, when I got back to https://myaccount.virginplus.ca/, I find that I am logged in. Also, I do not get this error with Edge.

It seems like when ever I make a mistake signing in to facebook firefox lists that mistake as a sign in or it mines other emails from other activity. How can i get rid of all of the other user ids from my sign in? BTW I am not very savvy with computers

This worked previously, but now I can't login to the ssa.gov site. I am using desktop firefox 130.0 (64-bit) on windows. Using login.gov to authenticate I get the OTP text and enter it, login.gov accepts but does not redirect to the social security site. Firefox just refreshes the login.gov page. I tried this on chrome and it works fine. Image of login.gov page attached.

I cannot sign into AA.com (https://www.aa.com/loyalty/login) on Firefox. Having to use MS Edge to access site. Have reported this via several "broken site" reports but to date, it's still not working.

I accidentally deleted a login username and password in my password list. Is there a way to recover that password?

I've had trouble with this in the past where logging into Ring won't let me get past my user name/email address. I can hit enter, reload the page, try using tab but nothing works. Then for some unknown reason it will go forward to the password. But this time it just won't let me proceed no matter what I do, the continue option stays grayed out. I can sign on using Edge but I don't want to use Edge or even have a second browser open just so I can see my security camera. I want Firefox to work correctly.
