Something went drunk and now my blank page no longer lists the links i want it to. Used to be once upon a time that the browser showed (as setup) 2 rows of links for ease of access.

Refer to screenshot if i fail to make sense.

I have notbyte messages popping up with Firefox logo on them. How do i stop this happening? Tried to uninstall notbyte but cant find it. Can you assist. Thanks, John Dobson

It seems certain sites are prone to fire popup tabs, with any click, right clicks included. I close them immediately and the second click acts normal, getting the nav result I was asking for. How to strength the popup blocking function to stop this distracting behavior? Thanks for any pointers. This may prevent me from staying on FF.

Whenever I click on a notification news item it comes via The independent newspaper that I find very annoying. Is there a way of changing this? I was happy with Firefox the way it was until Microsoft mail was installed on my PC.

How can I get rid of these notifications?

Every time I open my laptop, I keep getting a banner which tells me firefox has notifications. But where are they? It appears in the upper right hand corner of my 2010 macbookpro and disappears without informing me as to where these notifications are. Anyone know where I can look? thanks

I'm running Debian Buster, no outstanding updates, with Firefox 115.12.0esr. I recently got a message on starting Firefox that said an update was needed before 03/15 or I would lose certificate checking and other bad things. Looking at recent questions from Firefox indicated there had been occasions when "fake" update-needed messages appeared. The Firefox About display showed no indication of automatic upgrade download & installation occurring. How can I find out whether this is real or not? Thanks, Bill

Even in the notification setting found under privacy and security there are no sites listed, however, I am continuing to get banner notifications even after uninstalling the browser.

www.usatoday.com Keeps sending notifications through Mozilla. when I click on "disable notifications" it only opens up a new tab to the site. I checked my homepage settings and as far as i know i have not installed a USA today extension. How do I make this go away? I would straight up block the domain if I knew how.

I found it in privacy /security> notifications and eliminated the website. This may have fixed the issue? I do not recall ever allowing the site to give notifications in the first place. is there a way to lock this domain out completely?

A while back I recieved a firefox update, installed it with no problem but it seems the notification message is forever locked into my home page. Nothing I do will wipe it out. Ideas?

On your homepage there are 24 news articles... is it asking too much to have 12 of them from non-far-left news agencies instead of the 20 far-left and 4 neutral? Or maybe you don't care about the 50+ percent of right leaning customers. Need a Bud-Light lesson?

I've been a Firefox user for at least 10 years. I recently installed Firefox on a new desktop PC, and the Firefox Privacy Notice tab popped up. "No worries," I thought, and read it and made my cookies choice. I didn't find anything about a separate "submit" or "Close" gadget, so I simply closed the tab. Now, every time I leave the Home page or open a new tab, the Firefox Privacy Notice keeps popping up. Please advise me how to close it for good.

Good afternoon. I now have all my firefox push site notifications set to come through on the desktop even if the browser is closed. However only when I open the browser do the notifications come across as banners and show in the action center on the desktop. How do I have them show without accessing Firefox? Thank you.
