My wsj.com suscription loads the main, then briefly shows some of the content before dissapearing with this one line Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information). Using an older Mac that can not be updated to the latest IOS and wsj support said that Apple made changes so I can't load the contents..... any suggestions or solutions? thank you

I have Firebox as my default browser, both on my iMac and my PC laptop. Problem is, when I click on a photograph on line, it loads the image fit to the screen, instead of its original size! How can I change the setting on both my devices so this won't happen?! When I use Chrome, those images are all loaded in their original, large size, but not when I use Firefox! WHY?!!! I have tried the Firefox settings but can't find a solution! Thank you for your help.

Ancestry is blaming Firefox for the inability to view DNA matches on their site. Is this true? are you working on it? Do you want me to dump Firefox and use Google Chrome as Ancestry suggests?

I am running on a mini Mac, OS v, 12.6.2. I have activated the extension (add on) for EZY Photo, but don't know how to get access to edit photos. I've checked in my Mozilla Firefox preferences and the extension is activated. I have not set the extension to private. But don't see a EZY Photo tab on my home page nor do i see one when i open a program like Preview, Photo Booth, Photos, Google Photo. Any suggestions on what I am not doing right?

I have been trying to attach Excel files to my emails on my MAC but they cannot be opened by the recipients. How can I get my Word and Excel files to be opened when I attach them?

I purchased ID Resolve but there is no Add On for it that I can find. It only seems to work on Chrome & Safari which I do not want to use. The online software is running "Iris" and works well with Chrome, but I prefer to use Firefox, please help.

I am a biomedical research and need to log into the login.gov site to manage my grants. However, access to this site is blocked in Firefox but works fine on Chrome. I'd rather stay with Firefox but will switch to Chrome if this can't be fixed. Thanks, Claire

Hello there - I have the Ghostery free ad blocker installed, but this morning there was a problem and it is not working. When I try to go to the Ghostery hub, I get a message "File not found". I have restarted my computer, Mac iOS, 12.6 Monteray, quit and reopened Firefox several times, and the same message appears. I really like the ad blocker! What's going on and how can this be fixed?

Every time I log into a website, it asks if I want to save the password, and I click save, but it doesn't work. When I go into my account and try to add a saved login, it says "An error occurred while trying to save this password" and at the top a small bar appears saying I need to enter my primary password to log in, despite the fact that I'm already logged in and when I click the log in button it just goes back to the logins and passwords page and nothing has changed. I've tried quitting and restarting, changing all my preferences, nothing works. I've googled everything I can think of with no answers to my issue. Please help or I'm going to give up on Firefox and never use it again!

My laptop needed a refresh and all data needed to be erased. Thinking Firefox has synced all my bookmarks and settings I happily reset my laptop but now I just installed Firefox again and logged in but there is no settings, no bookmark! What happened to the bookmarks? Is syncing really reliable?

I cannot download Amazon assistant. It says I have to install firfox to get it, I already am on firfox but can’t find to download. If I go to Amazon it says the same thing I must download Firefox. I had the same problem with chrome.

My bank requires Firefox version 104 now to log-in for security. I have an older Mac, running IOS 10.9.5 (can't update any further) and Firefox 78.15.0. Am I stuck buying a new Mac?
