Unable to logon to QVC website but not when I use Edge browser. I am getting error message that something went wrong. I have contacted QVC and their answer is to use different browser.

I have a problem with Mozilla. I use Bulgarian language and Windows 7. On some sites Mozilla does not show me the Bulgarian letters. I am sending a screenshot. How do I fix this problem?

P.S. Some time ago I had the same problem after the update, but on the next update Mozilla was fine and I had no problem.

When I try to open many, not all webpages, they don't load but flash very quickly repeatedly. I have used firefox for years and have never seen this before and these are all pages that previously worked fine

I didn't know which topic to select. Just started the computer and there was a TrendMicro notice to restart my browser to complete an update -- I opened Firefox and it opened in two windows with notices about updates, but had lost all my tabs. Other times the situation is different, but the result is the same -- fifty or a hundred tabs gone -- I just noticed the toolbar is missing too so I'm going to send or submit this and turn it back on and see if that stupid extension that supposedly saves my tabs has saved anything, but often, when this happens, it hasn't saved anything for weeks! I've tried getting tech support from them but however these things works something isn't triggering it. One shouldn't need a CIS degree to be able to use a laptop. Thank you, you're awesome regardless.

My problem,using Mint20.2-MATE, with FireFox92, is that FF92 shuts down whenever I minimize FF-i.e., totally down-does NOT appear in taskbar. I know I had the same problem years ago, and it was a simple fix. However, going through the "Help" sections in FF this time was no help. thank you for any suggestions.

I used to be able to run Firefox without problems, but after updating to Monterey beta 8, I started getting pop-ups from MacOS telling me to force close programs. Firefox is using upwards of 30GBs of ram and swap on my 8GB M1 Macbook Air.

Measuring using about:memory spits out the following:

How do I limit the amount of RAM Firefox uses?

I'm seeing this issue mostly in Google News, but mostly because it uses these little symbols extensively. The little up and down carets don't display properly. They look fine in Chrome but not in Firefox. See the attached screenshot.

How can I fix this?

Firefox 92.0.1 in Windows 10 Pro x64 will not play any audio. I have Opera, Edge, and Chrome installed and they all play audio just fine. I have done the following:

- Disabled all extensions - right clicked the volume icon to open the volume mixer and made sure Firefox volume was set correctly

       (at same level as everything else) (see attached picture)

- went into settings -> sound -> advanced sound options -> App volume and device preferences and

       made sure Firefox was set to Default (just like all the other browsers) (see attached picture)

- Uninstalled / reinstalled firefox - Created a brand new profile, from scratch - Reinstalled my sound drivers and NVIDIA video driver - restarted windows

How do I fix this problem?

Hi, I thought Firefox updated automatically so can someone please tell me why this box seemingly opens every time I open Firefox. I am using version 92.01 (64bit) . When Box first appeared I attempted an update and lost all bookmarks etc. would like to know what I'm getting wrong before I go any further. Thanks, John.

Mac book air -----I was able in the past to add a new website to top sites in Firefox but they disappeared. In addition there are no blank boxes so I can add a website instead new boxes appear even if I dismiss them. Thank you

Can someone tell me how to uninstall this extension? I was trying to add extensions that make PDFs of web pages. In the course of doing this I ended up getting an extension that periodically pops out a page of reviews that it's already shown each time. It brings me to a blog by a Harlan Gertz. I've turned off any extensions that didn't say who the creator was. I don't see any by this name. Still it pops up all the time. How can it be popping up this website if I don't have an extension that is made by this person? Is there another way to force pop-ups? Does anyone know the name of this extension? Thanks for any help. I really want to avoid having to re-install Firefox. This is on a Mac.

I can't use the Easyjet site successfully in Firefox

I have cleared all Easyjet cookies. Same result.

I have to use another browser. Zero issues in Chrome or Edge....this is a Firefox problem.

I can use the site up to a point. It allows me to make my selections. The error occurs as soon as I click on "Show Flights".

Any idea what's causing it?

I am not a geek, and the documentation about this problem elsewhere in Mozilla support is way over my head. I just need plain language - and maybe visual - instructions on how to stop getting this error message. It never happened until a Firefox browser update a few weeks ago (September 2021). Often if I click the 'try again' button a couple of times, I can finally get through to the website I am trying to connect to, but this shouldn't be happening. It's annoying. I use Avast antivirus software if that's useful info. thanks.

I have added a extension in my firefox but its not showing in top-right corner where the extensions should be shown. I have tried disabling and re-enabling but its still not accessible(not showing).

After I answer a call or I call, we both have black screen and nothing is happening. If however a call starts, video and sound stops comming (other person still can see and hear me, but on my site everything is silent and frozen).

Hi. Text on my Firefox suddenly turns into solid coloured boxes. This problem has started only recently and is happening only of Firefox. I have not made any changes to my PC recently.
