How can I change my location on Firefox

hi, sooo... i can't change my home page wallpaper, why? i'm on linux mint 22.1 but i don't think that's the problem, help plss

How do i change my wallpaper on home page? When i click the "gear" it doesn't give me the option to change or even apply a wallpaper.
