I need to create a pdf file to share with an agency in another country that does not have Firefox. I am unable to create a simple pdf - all of the files are automatically Firefox pdfs. All attempts to convert this file to a regular pdf have failed. Please help!

For about a couple of weeks, there has been a lot of delay between what I type and when it actually appears. It's maddening! I have not changed any of my Firefox settings. I did a 'refresh' about an hour ago. I am not seeing any network activity that I cannot recognize. I d/l'd 'Malwarebytes' and ran it..."no threats". MS Defender has always been on & protecting me. I have never had this situation occur before and am hoping for some help (5 to 10 seconds to wait for what you've keyed in is not fun).

I have been cleaning up a rather messy and duplicate-filled set of bookmarks on my desktop and have inadvertently deleted a single folder I would very much like to have back. I have that same folder (ten years of photography-related links) on my laptop but do not see a straight forward way to bring it alone over to my desktop. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Hello, I Signed into and began using a New Firefox ACCOUNT Yesterday.Today,I found that I had forgotten that I formerly had a Mozilla account which is apparently still ACTIVE from 10/14/2021. I'm confused as to WHY it's called MOZILLA... Is it called Firefox or Mozilla for this Browser... and I don't want two Accounts... so I need to eliminate one. My iMac is Auto inserting My Password and I'm not familiar yet with whatever Browser I have, to locate a way to see the Password it signed me in on... ? the one I created yesterday... or the one that was created in 2021... So.. please tell me what the Browser is called today... Firefox or Mozilla... or Mozilla Firefox... ??? and I'll begin AGAIN... OR CAN YOU FIX THIS FOR ME WITH JUST ONE ACCOUNT, and I'll create another Password. I'm having issues with videos loading on ANY webiste, YouTube ect.... This started happening very recently out of the blue. Videos work fine on Edge. Additionally, I cannot run Firefox in troubleshooting mode? It crashes. I tried "refreshing" and reinstalling Firefox to no avail. I am using AdAware AV and AVG anti viruses if it matters, I have tired disabling both and loading FIrefox, no changes.

I have both Win7 and Win10 on separate drives. I have been migrating from 7 to 10. From all appearances Firefox on both OS's are sync'd. I have asked for my passwords to be sync'd, yet they have not migrated to Win 10. Bookmarks have so I know something is working. Any advice? Thanks Chris

I wiped out my computer and it is brand new yet I keep getting this mozilla error and it crashes mozilla, the computer is fine. The error is below, how can I fix this?

I want to change "browser.sessionstore.resume_session_once" preference to true. So I do it in about:config page and if I reaccess this page in another tab within the session, then my value is being kept.

This isn't strictly related to Hulu but using it as an example: Hulu has some bug right now where it will occasionally suddenly use a lot of CPU power and completely lock up Firefox, and to some degree my whole system. If I manage to "close" the tab, it *appears* to close, but it's very clear that whatever Hulu is doing is still going on in the background. This time I was at least able to open the task manager and kill Firefox – which immediately alleviated the problem, and upon reopening Firefox, the Hulu tab was still there (indicating it never closed).

I don't know if this is possible, especially given I don't know what's causing the bug with Hulu, but it would be nice if Firefox was better able to handle a tab getting out of control like that.

after creating a new profile, and copying everything in the root directory to the new profile, including search.json.mozlz4, the default search engine setting does not get transferred over and is still set to google

I can't connect to Amazon.com. I keep getting the following error message:

I think this is a problem with Firefox. Any suggestions or should I switch to a new web browser?

As of today, DirecTV is no longer supporting Firefox for watching live streaming. They show the attached image. Brave works, too, btw (Chromium-based browser). Do you know why this is happening? Has Mozilla been in talks with DirecTV about this? I use this feature every day.

So, I've switched to Firefox as my main browser (I was using it before, but as a secondary option) and I've spotted this native extension called Pocket.

When I pressed it, I was on YouTube Music already, so it automatically saved that url. Now, the reason of contacting support is more of concern than anything. When I pressed it, a weird message has been attached to it, so I am wondering why, as it is confusing to say the least. I've attached a screenshot with the saves, which also has the weird message and YouTube for comparison next to it.
