As of yesterday when using my SafePal wallet it does not let me sign in to my M3 account. It has worked very well and l can still log in via my mobile phone, using the same system. Help to see what is happening please. Regards Peter

Running FF115.23.1ESR on a Win7/32 box I use in network maintenance/configuration.

If I log into the modem main page and select from the side-bar menu, FF drops me back to the modem's login screen (Groundhog Day style). This behaviour is repeatable (endlessly) on:

• * another identical modem (same/latest firmware). These have repeatedly been factory reset and firmware reloaded. No change.
• * another Win7 box (/64) on same FF release.

Opera - reluctantly added on those same Win7 boxes - does not have this (mis-)behaviour.

Win10/64 running FF138.0.4 does not have this issue.

Up until about ten weeks back, the (then-current) Win7/X esr release did NOT have this problem.

Yes, I HAVE cleared cache/cookies repeatedly before sessions, to no avail. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> [EDIT:] The on-line modem/router emulator can be accessed at https://support.netcommwireless.com/e.../login.html The default un/pswd is admin/admin. Once in the main page, select "Advanced" from the left menu list. This (in the emulator) opens the Advanced page, as it should. In a normal situation here, it simply reverts to the login page.

Q1: Anyone have any experience like this, or any clues/suggestions?

Q2: To continue using these Win7 boxes in that role, am I forced to abandon FF?

I’ve noticed that Firefox does not show the translation icon in the toolbar for a webpage, even though the page is in English. When I manually go to "Application Menu" → "Translate Page…", I receive the message: "Translation is not available for this page - Sorry, this language is not yet supported." However, if I click on "Change source language" and manually set it to English, the translation works correctly. It seems like Firefox is not detecting the language of the page automatically, and as a result, the translation feature does not appear unless I manually intervene. The issue occurred on this page: "https://mantisbt.org/docs/master/en-US/Developers_Guide/html-desktop/#dev.contrib.submit.before".

I also looked for a way to report this issue, but I only found a form for reporting incorrectly translated words here: "https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdoRWnsHX6vVnGIRyLi4Kl-p0GrmeVIioqWsTz3aVTRfLScng/viewform". There doesn't seem to be an option to report entire sites where the translation does not work at all.

Version: Firefox 138.0.3 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 24.04.

When browsing, the tabs and address bar get stuck somehow. Tabs can still be closed with "close other tabs", and new tabs can be opened by following URLs, but the tab component is fully stuck. Sometimes it fixes itself, but usually it requires browser restart.

I have been using the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 for a while with Debian Trixie with GNOME. I have noticed that firefox works for the initial half hour or so and after that it just stops responding to the touches. I know its Firefox because the other system parts stay responsive to my touches, e.g. GNOME. I'm on version: Mozilla Firefox 128.10.0esr.

Can anyone help me?

the website blockclubchicago.org is blank on firefox, but not chrome. The website is included in the Enhanced Tracking Protection exception list. Why won't my firefox display any pages from this website, but they are all visible on the chrome browser? Please try it on your desktop browsers.

There used to be a toggle in the high contrast settings to use system colors on all web pages, but now the option is gone. [This](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-contrast-control#w_automatic-use-system-settings) post claims that automatic uses system colors, but with automatic enabled, I cant get the colors to actually apply.

Running - when open to run webtrading site, I got message - This page is slowing down Firefox. To speed up your browser stop this page. And stop button. And the webtrading site stops anyway. Could you help Please. Thank you, Frank

When trying to launch the browser from a network folder, I encounter the errors shown in the screenshots. If I launch the browser on one computer, everything is ok, but if I need to launch it on at least the second one, I encounter this error until I close the browser on the first one. I don’t know what could have happened, because I didn’t touch the configuration and everything worked fine for us last year. Nothing was updated or changed. Firefox Portable ini file configuration:

I had no problem accessing XFINITY.com until today. Today, I had to change both my username and password with XFINITY.com. Thereafter, the my mozilla/Firefox asked whether I wanted to delete my password and username with XFINITY.com (and it said that my choice cannot be undone). I clicked "yes," since it was showing my OLD username and password (which I wanted to get rid of). Now, however, Firefox will not allow me to access XFINITY.com, and it shows the following: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.xfinity.com/sitecore/api/learn/neptune/customer/existing/postauth?" on this server.

Therefore, I'm asking for help to restore my access to XFINITY.com using the Firefox browser. (I use Windows-11 and I use a Dell laptop)

Hello! Today, suddenly, a video player disappeared on the Twitch streaming service (see screenshot), but the stream sound is playing. I tried clearing Firefox data and later reinstalled the browser completely - didn't fix the problem. I installed two versions (115.17.0esr and 115.23.1esr) because I thought the problem was an update. Both versions of the browser have a problem. In another browser, this problem is missing, Twitch is working! Operating system Windows 7 Pro SP1. Can you please tell me how to solve this problem?

Firefox tries to install helper each time I try to open Firefox. It seems to install and then repeats each time I try to open the software. If I cancel it will not open either.

Hello. I love the feature. I didn't know it was a new feature because I started using Firefox around April. I saved my group tabs, very happy about it. Then I close and save it, then I opened it again, it was great!

I am a student, I use my group tab to add the tabs that have the resources that I need to, and would also like to study for more knowledge and for my next school year.

There was no problem at that whole time. In April 21, there was no problem until April 22, 23 no problem. But I forgot my charger at that time, because I was at my mothers house. Then I wait for weeks for my charger to come back, about 2 weeks for my laptop to revive there in my grandparent's house.

When I got my charger, and opened firefox. Wait, but at first when I opened firefox, it showed me that there is a new update, an update about tab groups that I already now. I looked at my group tabs, and they are not there anymore.

What should I do to get them back.
