I tried all common troubleshooting steps: deleting cache reinstalling different settings turning off adblocker/vpn disabled efficiency in task manager and set it permanently to off in FF

I used to have 1000+ tabs in 2016 no issue. I had problem in past with Firefox using 100% CPU which now it is not using only like 50, but memory is getting full 89% i use also large page file on ssd. Problem is even when i restart firefox it is slow with low RAM usage! SO that's not it! Even 5 tabs sometimes it is slow!

It is so damn slow it drives me crazy! I tried also Quantum in past when Firefox has 100% CPU usage bug and it was only tiny bit better but still caused 100% CPU usage!

All other browsers are anti user cannot even stop Autoplay literal terrorist Firefox is only normal browser unfortunately performance compare to 2016 got absolutely abysmal! I had this problem even in-between reinstals of OS so it doesn't seem it is me. I play demanding games no issues on my PC...

When I tried to login to My Social Security it said I do not have access to that account so I contacted Social Security for help and they determined that it was the Firefox browser and asked me to open Microsoft Edge and try to login and that worked perfectly. Why is Firefox preventing me from logging into Social Security.

On my new Computer I installed Firefox.

In one User Account the Sidebar has the new look (ref. Screenshot) whereas the other gets the old style, where you can either see or hide the bar completely.

Any advice to get the new version for both users - I cannot find the pertinent setting.

The past 3 days i have had problem with connecting to Google.Then it works then it fails. It is also telling me i am not securely connected to the site and no encryption.

Последнее обновление сломало ВСЁ. Нажимаешь на сохранённую вкладку и ничего не происходит - странички не открываются и даже не пытаются загрузиться. Жмёшь на меню настроек, ничего не происходи. На синхронизацию - ничего не происходит. Сносил браузер, переустанавливал, чистил, ставил новую версию, ставил старую версию - НЕ РАБОТАЕТ НИЧЕГО. При этом браузер Edge нормально работает - через него и пишу Вам. Работаю на Window 10 (всё обновлено).

Every time I try to add a new account onto my gmail through Firefox, no matter what happens it will ALWAYS crash. A couple of things that i did were: (1) reset cookies, (2) check for updates (and is up to date)

I've disabled any kind of extension that I used to use (including any adblockers or browser VPNs) and nothing I've tried worked.

Please help me.

My hard drive crashed and I have recovered the files. I have found the latest recovered profile but can't integrate the bookmarks and passwords into my current FF. I've read the how to articles but can't switch profiles. Help thanks.

Help, My computer performed an automatic update, rebooting itself and all the history on Firefox has been lost all my open tabs have disappear. I followed other instructions to open the Profile Folder, but the only 2 files there are the ones created after the reboot. There are no previous files. Thanks, Juan

From one day to the next I have the problem that I can no longer log in to the Google site. When I press the "log in" button, the page loads for half a second and nothing happens (screenshot 1). When I then want to access YouTube, the following page appears (screenshot 2). Everything works with other browsers. When I press "Gmail" on the Google homepage, I'm suddenly logged in and in my inbox. But I can't go to YouTube from there either, and I get back to the "screenshot 2" screen. I then have to log out of my account in gmail and log in again to access YouTube. If I then close Firefox, everything starts again from the beginning.
