i couldn't find the "Menu button" which i was supposed to click, to begin changing the name everyone would see. ( i have ALWAYS loved Mozilla - the Firefox graphic - instead of corporate U.S.!) But, tonight has taken OVER AN HOUR to just fill everything out, so my supportive Review of a kind Dentist could be POSTED!!

I cannot update my payment method because you redirect me to paypal (former payment method) where I don't have an account anymore. There are no other options... Best regards, Philipp

I currently am using my old email as my account [email address]. When I try to add in my current email [email address], I get an error message saying it is being used by another user.

If I try to log in with my current email, [email address] it says you must log in with the primary email.

How do I find out what the primary email is for the other account ? I suspect it was an old account used by me at some point in time.

In essence, what I would like to do is make my primary account my current email of [email address] and remove the [email address] all together.

At some point in time, I would like to delete the [email address] domain altogether since I own it.

My Mozilla log-in address is an old one - I have changed my email provider from xxxxxxx@TalkTalk.net to xxxxxxx@outlook.com. Although I can still get into Mozilla I can't change my log-in to make other updates. The advice provided is to make a new extra login and then make that one the primary but it does not work.

I recently discovered a problem with an addon I wanted to report. The product page only has an email support link, which opens up MIcrosoft Mail. I prefer not to use it.

Is there any other way to get the developers email address?

Unsure if it really matters, for now, but my firefox account, when I go to edit bits and pieces, it gets my Firefox version correct, but gets my MacOs version wrong. I'm on 12.76 (Monterey), but Firefox is showing me as 10. Is this normal or anything that might matter?

I am trying to set up a secondary account and keep getting an error message "This email was already confirmed by another user". How is this possible for 2 people to have the same email address? I use this email all the time so I know it is mine.

I've lost access to my [edited] @hotmail.com email address that is associated with this account, and I'd like to change my email address now before I'm locked it forever. This is the last computer that I have that is still logged in! It seems that to add another email address I need verification from my first email address, which I can not get. Please help! I don't know if your response to this help question will go to my Firefox account or my email, but if it goes to my lava950 email I won't receive it. My previous card that was linked to my account was cancelled due to fraudulent activity so I am removing it as a payment method from various services. Under Manage Payment Methods, I only see the option to add new cards/payment methods or edit them (i.e. change the expiration date, zip code, etc.). However, there doesn't seem to be an option to delete payment methods. How do I delete a saved card under my account?
