Hi. I was just looking at Google Photos on both Firefox and Chrome. Chrome had a bigger picture because the window had only the tabs bar and the address bar, and Firefox has an additional title bar. I was wondering if it would be possible to remove the title bar so the picture on both browsers were the same size?

I was happily typing along and noticed both a typo and the fact that the typo was NOT underlined in red squiggles. Hmmmm, I thought.

Fiddling around, I discovered an option on right-click that allowed Me to turn on spellcheck. Now, every time I type in an email or forum, on Twitter, anywhere, I have to right-click to be sure of My spelling.

Thus began My efforts to find how to set the button to be on by default... Finding none led Me to "Help," which a search of the term "spellcheck default" led Me to a zero in returns. Sure, there were discussions with those terms, but I could not prowl them all looking for the method of setting spellcheck to be on by default. The first few pages yielded nothing...

How do I get the + sign back on my tabs? After latest update I can only close tabs instead of opening new tab, and I am talking about after opening several tabs. When I have seven tab open, I have to do ctrl+t to open new tab instead of just clicking on the + sign that use to be at end of tabs. Yes, I do use custom settings. This happened before but I was able to fix by going to tabs under about:config, but it seems the setting is no longer there.

I like Ctrl+Shift+B to open the Library (Manage Bookmarks/Show All Bookmarks). For maybe two years I was using this, but it stopped working in 117:

Dorando keyconfig isn't current. Shortkeys won't even install and probably won't do what I want anyway. AutoHotkey will do it, but I'd rather not use it for this.

Does anyone know how I can get a config.js to open the Library when I hit Ctrl+Shift+B?

Regular download works fine, but when I try to download attachment in outlook.live.com website, it didn't ask me where to store it, but simply places it in my default location, while at the same time opening the attachment even though I only want to download the file.

How come there is no option to turn off "Firefox Translation"? I speak three languages and every time I visit foreign web site, Firefox suggest translation to me. It's annoying.

Is there any way I can completely disable horizontal scrolling? I'm using a laptop with a trackpoint (lenovo x230, Windows 10) and it's not terribly accurate, which means scrolling whilst a youtube video is going often makes it track backwards or forwards, and another website I use uses a horizontal click to send me to the next page, which sucks. I would prefer to just be able to disable it entirely. Thanks!

I know it may sound a bit strange, but I would like to know WHY an extension is not allowed in a private window, so I might understand the reason why I'm not able to diagnose an issue I'm having with fucking amazon who has their cart all over the place for a misconfiguration in firefox that either I did or an extension is causing, however I'm unable to figure out which because I can't enable extensions in private windows, where the issue does not happen, so I'm not able to reproduce and isolate the problem. I use an translator extension for firefox for russian so I do not need this integrated tool and it's annoying to see it everytime I open a russian page. Please help me, I don't know what the source is of this translator but I can tell it's not from an extensions as I deleted every extension and tried, not worked.

Before the recent 1-2 updates, pdfs,pictures and .torrent meta files used to get saved in temp folder which I LOVED very much. Recently these are getting save in my download folder instead of saving in the temp folder.

I changed this setting to allows ask. Still the files are getting saved in the download folder after opening.

Please assist me to resolve this issue. Thanks.
