Hello,

Last year I created a Firefox account to sync some of my bookmarks. The email I used was a temporary email as I wasn't allowed to use my work email for it, I used [edited] @dusyum.com.

I can log in to my Mozilla account but I can't access my bookmarks. Is there any way possible to recover my bookmarks? I can't add a secondary email or account recovery key without access to the temp mail. All I want is the bookmarks, I have no passwords or any sensitive information saved. I've attached a screenshot of proof that I have access to my account. I also remember many of the bookmarks I saved, maybe that could be helpful as proof that I am the account owner?

There's no bad requests in the Network tab under web developer tools.

Je viens de m'ouvrir un compte MOZILLA ,car précisement sur CHROME mon compte MICROSOFT est pollué par ce WOT sécurity scan qui vient , je ne sais d'où et qui , au prétexte de me protéger vient de bloquer mon blog de théâtre amateur sous prétexte que c'est un site pour adultes alors qu'il n'en est rien ! I received an email that said my account would be closed in 7 days unless I signed in.

I leave my Mozilla tabs permanently open and use them every day. I tried to sign in as instructed and got an "unknown error" about 3 times. Then I was sent to a page talking about Windows 10. I have the extension; that's not a problem for me.

Closing Mozilla and possibly losing all those open tabs would be a BIG problem. Evidently I'm signed in now. I hope everything is OK with my Mozilla account.

I need to know if there is an account possibly: [email address] or [email address] or anything with my name Kathleen (aka Kathy) Higginbotham. I'm in an old Windows configuration. I have now switched to MAC and I still see files that read : Firefox password manager ext. Please help me to delete this account ASAP. If there is a paid support option, that's OK with me.
