Okay I will try this again. My issue is I do not receive mail from someone using a gmail,com account. The last gmail mail I received was on 8-28-2025. I send mail from my [email removed]@optonline.net account to a gmail address and I don't get a response. I have a known and trusted person send me mail from there gmail process and do not receive it. I spend a lot of time with optonline help and the say there mail process is working fine. It was suggested that my browser could be the problem, so I am coming to you to correct the issue. At some point, the YouTube interface in Firefox changed, unlike other browsers. For comparison, here are screenshots of Firefox and another browser. Is it possible to undo these changes, or is the issue not on Firefox's end?

I am signed up for Mozilla Monitor but not for Monitor Plus. I received notification that the Monitor data broker scan will end on December 17 so I want to take action before that date on the scan results I have received.

When I browse the list of Profiles and expand the individual items (via the down arrow), sometimes I see a button labeled "resolve exposures" and most other times I do not.

Why is "resolve exposures" option so infrequent? When that option does not display, how do I remove the profile?

Be nice. Our volunteers are Mozilla users just like you, who take the time out of their day to help.

Be descriptive. Saying “playing video on YouTube is always choppy” will help us understand the issue better than saying “something is wrong” or “the app is bro ken”.

Follow through. Sometimes, our volunteers would ask you for more information or to test out certain scenarios. The sooner you can do this, the sooner they would know how to fix it.

Dear Ty: I appreciate your efforts to help me, unfortunately, it did not work. FireFox is still at 115.30.0. Any other thoughts?

I thought there might be some software I could download to spoof the Chase system into thinking Firefox was a later version,

Firefox comes up in a large window, covering most of my screen. I can resize the browser window just fine, as expected. However when I close the program, then open it later, the browser window is not the size and position it was in when I stopped the program last, it comes up with a large window again.
