i accepted a free trial for vpn. I do not want to be charged for vpn. i dont find vpn usefull. websites dont allow access when Im using vpn. do not add to my account.

I have a paid subscription to Mozilla's VPN service, but need to temporarily suspend/cancel the subscription. When I go into settings there is no subscription listed though my bank shows that I have been paying the monthly $4 charge for many months. How do I cancel the subscription?

I subscribed to Mozilla VPN a few days ago, but have now learned that I can get Bitdefender's version for free. I wish to cancel Mozilla's version and, hopefully, be reimbursed.

Hi! I've received an email informing about my upcoming VPN subscription reneval. But when I went to my subscriptions page I can only see "You have no active subscriptions" message. Does it mean that my subscription is cancelled and the email message is wrong?

I want to remove Paypal from my Mozilla VPN subscription and add a credit card, but I can't figure out how to add a payment method.

I tried removing Paypal, but it forced me to restore Paypal as the payment method.

How do I switch to a credit card?

The Vertical tab AI, where you can connect your AI, is stuck on my work email. Everytime I click to go to my premium personal account it opens a new tab to use the full view option, but i dont want that. I want to use the vertical tab version. The vertical tab version does not switch accounts.

I KEEP CHOSING "ORGINAL ACCOUNT". IT KEEPS PROMPTING ME TO ""SIGN IN"". BUT IT DOESN'T GIVE ME ANY PLACE TO SIGN IN AT. THE BROWSER IS DEAD. I'VE BEEN WORKING ON THE PROBLEM FOR HOURS. MAYBE IT IS A PERMISSION, A STARTUP SETTING, THIS LAPTOP, WINDOWS 11 OR A COMBINATION OF ALL THESE THINGS. I DOWNLOADED "BRAVE" BROWSER AND IT WORKS FINE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. I CAN LOG INTO MICROSOFT, GOOGLE, BUT MOZILLA IS LIKE, REALLY REALLY DEAD.
