So on my Legion laptop, Windows 11 Home, the bookmarks keep rearranging themselves, iv also noticed A LOT of duplicates and folders which I did not add. I rebooted the laptop then tried scanning the it with WindowsDefender and Malwarebytes, and refreshing the application. On my desktop which is synced, there is no issue. I thought I was seeing things at first until I focused right on the bookmark tool bar and every 10-20 seconds one will just pop into a new position. Will a fresh install work? That's my next step, but wanted to see if there is a better solution.

There seems to be something specific to the Phlearn site and Firefox which prevents videos from auto advancing. They either recommence the just completed video or revert to an earlier one.

I'm trying to troubleshoot why firefox isn't connecting to my DNS over HTTPS instance running adguard home. Every other device (including another laptop) is able to set the DNS over HTTPS and connect successfully - but my desktop PC instance gets NS_ERROR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. Despite multiple reboots, ipconfig /flushdns, release/renew, etc...

Even my android phone is able to connect to it using the "private dns" feature (uses port 853 instead of 443).

I've been able to verify https access to the DNS server and it's querying successfully. It's just this one instance it won't connect.

Windows 10. Weird glitch.

If I use Wondershare UniConverter's downloader function to download a video, as soon as the download starts, all Firefox open windows close. This is a recent thing, the last couple of weeks or so. I have reinstalled Firefox and UniConverter. The first time I tried it after reinstalling UniConverter, all was well. But the same issue has shown up again. I have tried rebooting my PC to no effect.

Any bright ideas welcome!

I'm contacting you to ask for help with a problem I'm having with Mozilla Firefox when attempting to visit the website https://proroofingcontractorgreenville.com/. The website won't load, and I'm not sure if that's because of a technical glitch, incompatibility with certain browsers, or anything the browser may be obstructing.

Has anyone else had this problem or has advice on how to fix it? I've tried removing extensions and cleaning the cache on my browser, but the issue still exists.

Any advice or tips on how to navigate the website more easily would be much valued. I'm grateful for your support in advance.

I have scoured the web and read/tried everything. I cannot remove the time and date stamp from my documents. No matter what program/app they are printed from it shows up ruining my printing. I've tried unchecking the header/footer box. There's nothing in my brother printer set up regarding the date/time stamp. It has to be firefox. How do I fix this? I'm not a computer guru so I need details. I'm at my whits end! Thanks!

Hello, Mozilla Community, Hope you are doing well I'm contacting you to ask for help with a Mozilla Firefox problem I'm having with trying to visit the following website: https://www.chiropracticco.com/ It won't load, and I'm not sure if that's because of a bug in the website, a browser issue, or something else entirely.

Does anyone else have knowledge of this problem or recommendations for a fix? I've attempted removing addons and cleaning the cache in my browser, but the issue still exists.

I would be grateful for any advice or ideas on improving the usability of the website. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Steps for reproduce:

• Turn ON PC
• Launch Audacious player
• Launch Firefox
• Visit to drupal.org

And I have sound glitches like on radio tuning. From all software, that have sounds: players, browser, messengers. Glitches disappear after restart. I find only 2 sites, that make it: drupal.org and my local bank. With Chrome - no problems.

Without Audacious glitches can be to, but not in 100% of cases.

Well, since I changed to a new computer with Win 11, videos on Facebook don't play right. They are videos that are posted by various people and real entities. They are not smooth. They start to play and immediately pause then jump forward then pause and jump forward. If I copy the link and go to Chrome, paste the link and play the videos, they are normal Never did that on my old computer. Any ideas why the videos don't play normal?

I've noticed that when logging into various websites, a random email address not known to me appears in autofill among my usual email addresses. This unfamiliar address is under the @shanreto.com domain and shows up across different websites. My Firefox account is synced between my PC and mobile phone. Both devices are password-protected and under my control at all times, and I have only installed uBlock Origin as an extension.

Could there be any explanation other than the possibility of someone accessing one of my devices through malicious software or similar means?

When I watch a video not in the full screen mod, the colors are as dark as they're supposed to be (pic 1), but when I enter the full screen mod, the video gets pale/brigher (pic2, compare the dark zones). it's fully connected with hardware acceleration. When it's on videos get pale and when it's off they don't. But I can't turn it off because I also need it for an addon I use as it won't work without it. Someone on the forum here said that turning on layers.force-active might help with a bug of hardware acceleration. I turned it on and it helped - acceleration was on and videos didn't get pale, but then everything got back and now this setting doesn't work anymore. I also opened trouble shooting mode and videos didn't get pale with it even with acceleration on, but I don't know why, becaues when I closed it I deleted all the extensions, turned on acceleration and videos got pale again. And, this problem is only in this browser. This problem really keeps my up at night and I'm so tired of it

Long ago I used to never have to hit F5 to see today's version of a page instead of the cached version, and I do NOT want to clear cache or cookies or history on exit, no, that's not the setting I'm looking for, thanks.

Since my Firefox browser has many issues these days, I tried to reinstall it but forgot to leave the box next to “Remove My Firefox Personal Data and Customization” unchecked when I proceeded with the installation.

I don't have any manual backup of my Window 11 system or bookmarks / passwords stored on Firefox. And all Firefox folders now have a last-modified time later than the time when I clicked the installation file. Thus, I guess my bookmarks / passwords stored over the past two years are forever gone. But I would like to make sure that it is really the case so that I can move on and start feeling better.

I understand it was completely my careless mistake. But your kind feedback would really, really be appreciated.

Why you create Mozilla account with sync, if I can't use profile which I saved on my old PC. I change my PC and now I can't use my open tabs as needed, I need to open each tab one by one. Why ??? Why I can't use saved profile on my new PC ??????
