Hotmail (Outlook) search function has not been working for months. I signed in using Chrome and no problem.

I realized search in my hotmail account was not working maybe 6 months ago and I've been finding ways to work around it, but today, i got upset and tried to figure out what was wrong. I signed out and signed in. I googled what to do, updated Firefox, to no avail. Then I read to try another browser. Chrome worked fine for outlook/hotmail search function.

I need this search function. I prefer Firefox. let me know if it can be fixed?

in google and in other browsers when you have multiple tabs in a container you have an option to minify all tabs in the container. is there a similar feature for firefox,

I can't find a way to disable tabs scrolling. This is highly confusing, I have to always look for my tabs and do extra clicks and scrolling. This is very distracting. Also those two buttons - "<" & ">" - they occupy extra space. The left one is especially annoying because I expect a "+ new tab" button to be there. I don' want to test/use this new experimental feature, how can I turn this off? Thank you.

For some reason when I opened Firefox this morning, my Firefox home page did not have any of my shortcuts. They all disappeared. Please have a look at the image attached to see what I mean.

I spent almost the entire day searching up the issue on the Internet and trying different things but they all did not work.

No sure if this is the right topic. When I search something and go to the tab section, all the news sources are redirected from MSN. I don't want to see MSN holding the article from a legit news source, I want to click the news article it comes from. I hate MSN, I just want to access the news from the original sources. (example MSN

How do I fix it so I get news sources that originally hold the articles?

This is such an irritation I will be forced to find a new search engine if this is not fixable.

Any help would be appreciated-- especially if you are able to walk me through the steps or provide me a link to a specific source as I don't know much about settings etc.

Hello; I installed a new web page. While the page opens properly in browsers such as Safari and Chrome, in Firefox it constantly displays 403 forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied! gives an error. I deleted the caches. I did flush DNS. I even reset firefox. I tried everything but the page still gives an error. There is only a dry WordPress content. How can I get rid of this error? Thanks.

I haven't been able to login with MFA on my uni website and also make purchases using credit cards on commercial sites.

I have tried Troubleshooting mode and the problem persists. Switching to Opera browser showed normal functionality.

Firefox 125.0.3 (64-bit) on macOS 14.4

I have Mac, Windows, and Linux boxes. All show connected to Firefox Sync, however, bookmarks etc are only actually in sync between Windows and Linux. I've tried logging out on all devices, resetting passwords, reinstalling FF on the Mac. Can't seem to get it to work.

Thru Firefox, I use Tineye to find related photos - I use it all the time, it's been great - I always use a VPN and have never had problems until now (as of yesterday). Now it won't search, a verify you're human window comes up, and I have to keep clicking squares, which I do - but then it says to allow cookies and start over. Well I don't want to allow cookies (I assume it's one of the options I have thru Firefox to block cookies), and I can't find where to allow cookies even if I did (I went to Firefox preferences etc) and I don't want to disable my VPN. Maybe I should mention that I just added or started a Mozilla account, as I have had immense trouble with my aol emails, and am trying to move everything over to a gmail account. My sign in to Firefox was the aol email, and I had to (try, I thought I did it) add another account, which I think I did successfully. So it was right after that, that all this started. Help please! So this problem keeps happening to me - I click "upload" on a website and nothing happens. For example, trying to upload photos to my website or upload files to a platform. Frustrating. To work around it I've been using a separate tab of Google chrome but it's such a pain to keep swapping back and forth. Please help!!

On my iMac 2017, up-to-date OS, Firefox won't load YouTube. It only shows the spaces for videos. Attached is a screen shot with the console info, but I don't know what it's telling me. However, on my MacBook YouTube works fine, so maybe I have a setting wrong on the iMac? Meanwhile, I just switch to Safari. Thanks for any help

Since upgrading to the last version, 125.0.3 I'm getting tab crashes. Is there any way to go to a previous version? I have not had any issues with the websites I'm visiting until this new version of Firefox.

Why are my bookmarks all of a sudden not working anymore.

Selecting the saved bookmark from DudkDuckGo or Firefox does not load the page.

Did i change a setting accidentally/

Did Mozilla change the functionality?

What's going on?

Note: I can access the page by going directly to its URL ... but what's the point of bookmarks if that is necessary?

I just started using my new MacBook Air, and when I try to use the trackpad to open read Gmail or click the calendar icon on Firefox, it doesn't respond. It works on Safari.

As per the photo, I try to click the calendar icon to open up my calendar and nothing happened.

Firefox currently does not prevent macOS from going to sleep when a download is active.

How do I know this? 1) I downloaded a file from the internet. 1.5 GB in size. 2) I opened a Terminal window in macOS, and ran `pmset -g`. 3) I searched for "sleep" in the "Currently in use:" list, and checked if Firefox was listed. It was not.

Is there a setting that I can enable that I can download to make this happen?

I think extensions don't have the capability to prevent macOS from going to sleep. Correct me if I'm wrong.

A quick fix for now would be the `caffeinate`-command in the Terminal-app, but I think this is very resource-wasteful.

I have been using Firefox on my Mac for years with no problems. Recently, however, I have been having trouble running YouTube. I get to the correct page for the video I want but the video itself does not show up, just the background for the page. Any idea what I might have done to create this problem?
