The entire browser was acting extremely slowly, on every website, every start up. It crashed constantly to the point it was unusuable, it was even affecting the performance of the rest of my pc so I reset it and everything I had on the browser disappeared. Bookmarks, passwords, etc. I've tried going through the profile support pages but only the profile made from the reset exists. I had years worth of important bookmarks and passwords that'd I'd like to be able to get back if that's at all possible. (I'll live without them, it'll just suck trying to remember them all again) PC is Acer Aspire 3 Spin 14, Windows 10

Before reinstalling Windows, I made a backup, but since I didn't update the system until a day later due to work, I forgot the backup password. I've tried every password I could think of, and I don't know what to do now.

Up until today (3/26) , accessing CompuServe (AOL) mail was not an issue. Now , getting to the site is OK , but when it attempts to access the mail , I get:

What changed overnight? After getting the message , if I click on Mail , it works just fine. There is also a similar message when closing the page , but not every time.

Any clues?

The firefox screen has shifted so that only two of my four lines of shortcuts appear on the screen. There is a larger than previous space between the ribbons at the top and the search bar that has appeared since I downloaded the newest firefox version. Before that, everything fit well on the screen.

Latest update shows a new built in Firefox VPN provided but there is not any icon etc to start. Nothing about it on my Firefox browser. I checked at " customize toolbar " and nothing for a VPN even there. I am from Turkiye. I need it . Thank you.

Hi - Recently when I was on either my desktop or laptop I saw a notification that the sidebar would be going away. I can't seem to find any information on that now though. Will the sidebar still be going away soon? I for one would like to say that I enjoy that feature and would like to see it stay an option on desktops/laptops. If it does go away, how do we access bookmarks and synced tabs? Is there anything I need to do ahead of it possibly going away? Thanks in advance for your help!

If I go to AOL.com they useually have 40 or so news articlaes/ads you scroll through. Several weeks ago the text for the articles stopped displaying. I have tried other browsers and the text shows up. Not sure what setting may effectr this.,

Hi, I am experiencing an issue with accessing my Amazon orders and returns when using Mozilla Firefox. While I can navigate to Amazon.com without any problems, I am now prompted to sign in to my Amazon account whenever I attempt to view my orders or returns. This pop-up indicates that it is a Firefox security issue rather than a Windows problem. This situation has only started occurring recently, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. My Firefox version is 150.03. Thank you for your help.

Firefox crashed and now my shortcuts have gone and the bookmarks are not easily accessible. I tried importing from the desktop but they are now in a long list and not as they were (in the toolbar. I can't gt the "bookmark summary" showing in the toolbar area.

Hi ich habe versucht, die einstellungen zum einem fehlgeschlagenen login mit hilfe von chaptjpt zu verbessern. habe dadurch mein konto verändert. mein password neu erstellt und wiederherstellungsschlüssel ist nich korrekt. auf dem iphone ist alles drauf aber mit dem sekundären email adresse und das password ist auch weg wie kann ich die einstellungen lesezeichen auf den firefox im rechner übertragen?

Hello! I was just flushing my cache and i saw this number... o+I'm just curious how that could be possible? And where has those data been stored? I don't have that space...

After installing Mozilla on my mobile phone and syncing with my laptop all my bookmarks and history are GONE from my laptop. When attempting to restore them, following your suggested instructions, no dates appear when clicking the restore function. Deleted Mozilla from my mobile phone, still no good. Do I need to recreate all my bookmarks again?! How? When attempting to bookmark a new site it does NOT bookmark! No new history is showing either! Very disappointing, should I just return to windows again after years and years with Mozilla? Andrew S

When I want to view passwords Firefox is asking windows credentials which I don't have. Now I can't get access. It used to ask for my Firefox password what happened.
