Firefox can't connect to web sites that Chrome can. It just sits and spins in an endless loop. Windows 7 but other sites have no problem connection with firefox

An example of a site Chrome can get to but Firefox can connect to is www.lowes.com

I am able to open the Lowe's and Home Depot home pages but receive an error message like this when I try to load any other pages for their products or my accounts: "You don't have permission to access "www.lowes.com/l/help/truck-delivery"" on this server. I tried to resolve this by calling their support teams, but they were not able to help me from their end. This leads me to believe that something on my desktop is causing this. I do not have this problem with any other websites. Can you help me resolve this?

-ebay search results' thumbnails are small (about 1/4 regular size) -i cleared cache in settings and ff-profile-cache folder, flushed dns, used private mode, and used different ms accounts. no success, -issue happened in earlier ff version , upgrading to latest 115.33esr did not fix it. --issue not in chrome

Note that the site listed in the error message does not contain the S in https. I manually typed the address with the S and received the same message. I found your correspondence with aprilbrown77 on 8/15/23 and tried all the solutions suggested with no success. I believe Kohls change something on their website 3 weeks ago. My operating system is Windows 7 - 32bit and my Firefox version is 115.33.0esr. I have contacted others using Windows 7 and they all have the same problem. Please update Firefox to resolve the Kohls website issue for the millions of us using Windows 7. Thanks.

I can no longer the the "Fry's digital coupons". When I go online to Fry's and click on "Fry's digital coupons" it always says that "there are no coupons available, try again later". When I keep retrying it then says "you are not authorized to on this page." And the Fry's customer service always says it's my browser contact that is the problem.

Still getting this error after page refresh on O'Reilley Auto Parts and a few other sites when searching. (I don't get this error when on O'Reilley com home page, but ONLY when searching for a part on O'Reilley and ONLY with Firefox on my desktop. This started just a few months ago. I had a mainstream company website start some of this months ago and now I seem to be getting more and more similar connection problems for other sites. My pc works just fine on nearly every other site so I just don't see it as my pc. I asked my ip and although I question whether they will help much but they did say nothing from their side. Yes I am up to date on ffox and OS. Clearing cookies does nothing. Some sites just say access denied, some will just never load or have some bs 'oops' or 'something went wrong' message. Chrome seems to mostly work but it may be goofy getting the sites working. These all used to work fine before. It does have the same or similar problem using other pc's on the same network. I can find nothing in my modem/router that is blocking anything. How do I find out what is wrong?

Have run thru all suggested fixes clearing cache / cookies using private mode disabling extensions / ad blocker / tracking protection

other retail sites and browsers fine

I am now getting this message when I try to search for things at Lowes.

This has just started recently. I do not have this problem using Google Chrome. All other searches (Amazon, Ebay, Safeway, Walmart, et.al. are ok. Just who exactly is edgesuite? I am running Firefox on Windows 7.

Previously I could login to www.lowes.com with no problems. For the last several weeks I have not been able to login on Firefox, but I am able to login on Chrome. I have deleted the cookies and history tied to lowes.

Can't access search sites on Lowes, Home Depot and other sites. Can't sign in to costco.

I am using win 7 ultimate, with fire fox 115.32.1 ESR,. The LinkedIn main window gets squished to top left corner in a small square, other pages open up normally. Internet archive site does not sign me in as the blue button of sign-in doesn't function. I can't change pass words nor sign-in. Website Cell Press opens research papers in a single verticle line in left corner, downloaded pdf papers open normally. Other browsers like Comodo and Chrome do not cause such issues.
