The built in VPN worked great for me for a couple of months, but now whenever I try to turn it on, it starts with the "Get Started" screen, which takes me to a page to confirm my account. When I press continue the VPN button just goes back to the "Get Started" screen & the loop repeats. I've tried signing out & refreshing my Firefox installation but I keep getting the same result. Before it started doing this the button to turn on the VPN was appearing but would not react to clicks.

I have been trying to get amazon prime videos to play. It keeps saying videos are unavailable

threw a little research I discovered that a new update. probably an old update by now .. they could not use the video service.. they had to switch to a different browser.

I'm not switching to the anti-American google to watch a video..

i'm on ver 152 in windows 11

Any help?

it is obvious your system has changed: I have windows 11....the help I see is for windows 10

where are the current updates?

I pressed the backup button to backup my firefox stuff before switching to linux, and now that im on linux the file i was given a docx file, is completely unusable to restore anything, meaning that about a dozen of my accounts are completely lost, I did not do anything to the "backup" file besides put it into my google drive.

I use Firefox on various computers, now I'm setting up a new one, and I don't remember either my Firefox password or how to access it one way or another with my own identity. What can I do?

I get an app popping up many times per day

I just installed the latest version of Firefox. Now the reload button has gone from the toolbar.

When I click on customize toolbar it is not there either so I can't add it back.

Can someone please tell me how to get his back?

I've tried resetting and that didn't make a difference.

Top browser menu bars seam rather large and take up allot of space how do I reduce their size. Also and this is a Huge issue! The VPN network sign-in keeps popping up but I don't want to use the VPN. I already have another automatically running and it causes huge slowdown. Please help! Thanks!

So why? You see I have asked questions before..... I have replied before...... It occurs to me that if Mozilla is using Gmail as their sender then perhaps this is a good way for Google to extract information about me.

Perhaps i am somewhat cynical and Mozilla is just trying to be nice...... I have used Firefox it seems like forever.......from Netscape navigator through all the iterations to the present apparent converging on the layout/format with those other browsers. Is this going to be another Thunderbird moment where decisions made about the formatting just happened to follow Gmail & Outlook....well I no longer use Thunderbird, so perhaps its time to say goodbye to Firefox.
