Since the 148 update, copying and pasting has been completely broken in google docs, sheets, etc. I get an error every time I try to and am forced to reload the page after which nothing has even been added to the doc. I know I am not the only one with this issue. It happens across different OS'es. I use Firefox and Chrome to access Jigsaw Planet. Firefox will not let me move a puzzle from one album to another. Screen turns gray. It will also not let me change to full-screen. Screen turns black. I have no problem doing either in Chrome. Dell Desktop PC - Windows 11

Just seemingly out of the blue I started getting Firefox captive portal warnings. Most websites load normally but if it's a new site i.e. one I ahven't visited in a while I get the "you must log into this netrwork before you an access the internet" message. I am and have only and always been on my home wifi with this computer, it's a laptop but has never been out of my house. Forefox seems slow lately and I keep getting this message. Other browsers work fine by the way.

You say to go to the download page and my version of Windows will be detected & you'll give me the correct version. However, IE 8 in Windows 7 won't go to your download page. So, I need to download from another computer and copy the file to the Windows 7 computer. This doesn't work when you detect that the computer doing the download is a newer computer. How do I tell your system to give me the Windows 7 installer?

My entire Firefox account has disappeared, bookmarks, passwords, email, history, everything. I shut down my Mac Airbook when I left town Tuesday, powered up when I got home today and when i clicked on my Firefox icon at the bottom of the page, a new, unrecognizable Firefox page appeared asking for a signon rather than my default page, my email. Can you help me recover everything? Lloyd

firefox removed my bookmarks and they had no right to do so. This upsets me big time, and like everything else they have no phone line to cll for support. firefox is a real pice of work.

On my first PC, I have this specific sidebar icon in my toolbar. When I click it, the sidebar opens with Gemini ready to go. Perfect.

But on my second PC, that specific icon is nowhere to be found. Even when I go to "Customize Toolbar," it’s not in the list of available buttons. The only thing I can use is the generic "Sidebar" button, which is annoying because it doesn't open Gemini directly, it just opens the general sidebar and I have to click again.

I provided an image, where the first icon is what I want, but only second icon is available.
