The following issue may occur if you embed the Amazon Connect Contact Control Panel (CCP) into your agent application and your users access the Amazon Connect CCP using the Firefox web browser with Enhanced Tracking Protection browser setting set to Strict.

An upgrade to Firefox, specifically Firefox non-ESR version 86 released on February 23, 2021, introduced Total Cookie Protection

which modified cookie sharing behavior across sites for users with Enhanced Tracking Protection set to Strict (Firefox defaults to Standard). Users with this specific browser setting and version combination may be unable to access the Amazon Connect CCP when embedded in another application, preventing them from handling contacts.

To prevent impact to your users (agents), we recommend that your users do one of the following:

1. Confirm (or set) Enhanced Tracking Protection as Standard in their browser settings. Users can do this by following instructions documented here.

1. Do not upgrade their Firefox browser version to v86 or higher.

1. Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to access the Amazon Connect CCP.

That's how AWS is blocking firefox users to access the sound in a firefox browser. How to fix that?

With the latest update, I am unable to use the "Tools" button on Google search (to do things like results from past week, month, etc.). I have disabled all extensions and restarted the browser to no avail. What's odd is, I am able to use the Tools in a Private Firefox page with or without extensions enabled. But on my normal browser, the button doesn't work regardless.

Perhaps it was timing and the issue just started occurring when the update happened but I'm unsure how to solve it.

Certain websites (see attached images) aren't loading banner ads or letting my view a site's gallery properly. This is only happening on Firefox - other browsers work fine. I have tried disabling extensions, Troubleshoot Mode, resetting my preferences, and changing settings that I thought would help, but nothing seems to work.

In the attached images, I have shown what I am seeing on Firefox, compared to what I am seeing on several other browsers.

Hey there, I have a website for my business. The website is performing well and smoothly opens on all web browsers. But some of webpages have loading issues on the Firefox. What could be the possible reason for this? I need help how the issue can be resolved? This is the URL of my website https://www.newdayconstruction.co/ . Radio buttons on some websites neither display nor update when the area in which is should have displaed is clicked. FireFox 113.0.2 (64-bit) on Mac OS X 10.13.6 (High Sierra). This problem has been present for some time. On other websites the radio buttons do display and do upate when clicked by toggling the dark center. The minority of websites which don't work seems random, but does include some banking websites and the IRS.gov website. Often using SAFARI will work when FireFox doesn't.

The CheckBox at the end of this page "Email me when someone answers the thread" appears but does not respond to a click.

These bugs have probably already been reported but just in case they haven't there's an issue where dates can't be viewed on Facebook posts without hovering the mouse cursor over the title of the post. The other bug is the cursor often, but not always disappears when commenting on posts.

After update to 113.0.2 I face a problem with the login-page of a bank. Windows 10 Pro 21H2 19044.2965 (64bit) The page I get you can see by enclosed screenshot. With the version 110.0.1 there is no problem to get access. The website owner assumed a pop-up blocker or VPN (not used) as a reason. Can you help? Kind regards, Michael

You keep saying you fixed this problem and obviously you didn't. Firefox will not let me sign into starbucks.com. Keeps saying sign-in unsuccessful. Site works perfectly with safari.

I sign into Xfinity email using this: https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=default0/INBOX I get a jumble of data but only one of four mailboxes. Microsoft Edge shows ok. Xfinity installed a new mail process from a company called OX.IO Thanks for your help

Hello everyone. I do not know if any else has experienced this but I have several websites that I cannot sign in to. I have no problem reaching the sites but when it comes to signing in I either get a message that my sign in information is not correct and this happens on Bestbuy.com or I get this message on Chewy.com Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.chewy.com/app/login" on this server. Reference #18.88dcda17.1684871617.2bce7d64 . Now if I use the awful MS Edge I have no problem signing in to either one. I have racked my brain to figure this out even disabling each addon which I only have a few. I have ran scans for Malware with Norton 360, Malwarebytes and MSERT and nothing there. I was hoping someone could shed some light on this in some way or maybe change a setting in Firefox that I am overlooking. I can access these sites fine and move around in them but like I said I cannot sign in into them. I would greatly appreciate any help.

I use a telehealth website to see patients (securevideo.com). The chat bubble on that website is blocked. I already spoke with their tech support and made sure I set my firefox privacy & security settings to standard, and I whitelisted (I think) the site on all my add ons (Disconnect, Ghostry, uBlockOrigin, Duck Duck Go). I also use Addblock Plus and Smart HTTPS but don't think they are relevant. SecureVideo.com's tech support said I should speak with Firefox support to find out why it is blocking their chat support bubble from showing on the site. What do I do? Also, how do I reach Firefox support directly if I can't get the help I need here? Thanks!

I've been encountering a strange issue where colors (especially whites) in the video player are super washed out. This only happens when HDR is turned on in windows, and only happens in my Firefox Developer Edition installation (normal firefox works fine). It also doesn't show up in any windows screenshots - the colors revert to normal when I'm in the screenshot GUI. I've attached photos below of a youtube video, the left is firefox DE and right is normal firefox, both in and out of the screenshot GUI so you can see the difference.

I'm on Windows 11, and I'm not sure what caused the issue. I've tried both refreshing and reinstalling firefox DE to no avail. Pretty stumped on this one, and would appreciate any help!

Hello All After a Best Buy install of a new SS drive I am having trouble recovering firefox. FF loads ok but it is just a blank page. When I try to go anywhere it complains of an SSL error. I have been happily using FF for a long while so I have had no interaction with Microsoft for some time but it seems they are trying to force me to use chrome or edge and the oh so wonderful Bing. I am still looking for an answer but having to use chrome which I am unfamiliar with. any help appreciated Thanks
