Every time you launch the www.rumble.com website on Firefox, (or any other web browser for that matter), the 'Main Menu Toggle Button' (which is the 3 lines icon in the upper left hand corner), is closed or minimized by default. In order to expand the Main Menu you need to actually hover over the button itself with your mouse and click it.

Is there a way to automate the expansion of the 'Main Menu Toggle Button' to be set to open AT ALL TIMES by default without me having to manually click the 'Main Menu Toggle Button' every time? Bellow is a screenshot of how the Main Menu looks like with the 'Main Menu Toggle Button' activated. I've also added a circle around the actual 'Main Menu Toggle Button'

Back in the day, I used to used 'boolean'(?) operators to refine web searches. E.g. if I want to search for "blue whale" and didn't want any ebay returns, I'd type: blue whale -ebay That doesn't seem to work now, is there another method I could use?

Hello is it possible to have SEPARATE windows taskbar icons for each windows? Like you would have for example if you opened one windows on normal browsing and one on the private browsing.

When I shutdown or put the desktop computer to sleep at night I typically close Firefox but I want to restore that session when I log back in. That works ok until Windows Update gets its fingers in the pie and may blast out an obnoxiousgram trying to get me to "upgrade" to Windows 11. I also may get a pushy ad for a new version of Norton. After I get rid of that stuff and later try to use the "History" and "restore previous session" items, I get the crap from Windows/Norton as my "previous session". Is there a way to either save the session before I shut down to be able to restore it or go to a second level of "previous session"? It occurs to me now as I write this that maybe I should try to restore the previous session before I close the popup junk if it allows me to do that. That may be the solution but I would welcome your comments.

I found a solution for that issue under Firefox flickering issue with NVIDIA graphics card under Wayland .

This has been the only working solution I found after long research. Could You please integrate that information somewhere.

hello! i'm looking for a way to adjust the settings, if there are any, to copy and paste PNG images with firefox and keep their transparency intact -- rather than the solid black it has now. as i understand it there's been similar issues as of 8 months ago, but i'm unsure if anything else has changed in that time.

i'm not a full-on graphic designer or anything but i do use this fairly often as an artist to look at references and such, and as someone who's recently switched to firefox from chrome (which does support this feature) i'd like to know if it's as easy as clicking something in a menu or if that's not an option altogether. thank you in advance to anyone willing to help!

This seems like an interesting and potentially useful feature. There's only one problem...what does it mean to do this? I can't find an explanation anywhere I look.

I fill in many repeated responses, such as DOB, zip code, etc. I was using Edge for a while and have forgotten the benefits of FF. Does it remember? Can I edit or delete the ones that are no longer relevant or have changed - age, for instance?

I searched the web for answers but couldn't find any. I set firefox to be the default app to open .pdf-files on my macbook. And everytime I open a file, firefox opens a new window.

How can I make sure that a .pdf-file opens in the current window as a new tab?

On Safari this works as intended. On every other OS this works as intedend.

I've seen in many places that cmd+` should allow me to switch between windows within an app on Mac. For me, it only works in Safari and other native Mac apps. It does not work in Firefox. I have the latest Mac OS and the latest version of Firefox. Is there a solution to this? I would LOVE for this shortcut to work, since I'm also a Windows user and it's the closest thing to the Windows window-switching shortcut.

Don't know what I did but somehow I moved my Open Tab Bar and it is showing under the Navigation Bar. I've tried the Customize Toolbar option but the TAB bars are not an option to move. How can I reposition Open Tabs?

How to hide "This connection is not secure" when login on http websites?

I used to be able to copy a Zoom recording link into Firefox and then click Shift+Right-click and I would get the option to "Save video as". This no longer gives me this option. I can only "save page as" now.

Please help! Why was this change made? Is there a setting I need to fix?

Is it possible to make a link open a new tab with "Find in Page" automatically enabled so that people do not have to ctrl-F or click on "edit" to have the search open (as many people do not even know that option is there !!!) ?
