Firefox version: v106.0.3 OS: Windows 11 Pro 22H2 build 22623.875

I have 5 different profiles with different number of tabs and add-ons installed. 3 out of 5 crashes, 2 works. The problematic profiles crash 5-6 times on launch, regardless whether Firefox was started in "normal" mode or safe mode. I submitted all crash reports I found at about:crashes. Here are the IDs:

I see various DLLs related to a program called ExplorerPatcher in the reports. I've been using it for months and I've had no crashes with pre 106.x.x versions.

Firefox is crashing when launched, but not all the time. After a couple of tries, it will launch without issue. This is a brand new Windows 11 Pro installation with all updates. I have run some windows debloating scripts like privacy.sexy and WinDebloatTools, thinking that might have something to do with it, but not sure where to start in troubleshooting this. Any help with where to start looking would be great. Thanks!

Today a Firefox box popped up to try some new colors (which was suppose to be a representation of my being or something like that). There were several colors to choose from so I tried it. The menu bar is now the color I chose. But suppose I want to change back to the standard FF color or some other color, how do I do that?

Hi, I just updated firefox and it changed all the visual settings. I managed to change the colour but now when i go to Google drive it looks very different. It's very bold and everything is outlined.

I opened my drive in Chrome and it was normal. Does anyone know how to change this! Fro someone that is sensitive to visuals i can't handle it!

Since the latest version of FF was installed. I can rarely make attachments to emails or upload to websites. I'm having to use another browser for this purpose. I never had this issue until this version. Nothing else on my PC has changed.

I have been using this userChrome.css code to hide the tab bar if there is only one tab (on Windows):

tab:only-of-type, tab:only-of-type + #tabs-newtab-button {

   display: none !important;

}

#tabbrowser-tabs, #tabbrowser-arrowscrollbox, #tabbrowser-tabs > .tabbrowser-arrowscrollbox {
   min-height: 0 !important;

}

Since one of the recent Firefox updates, this code does no longer work. Maybe because there is a new element in the tab bar: A drop-down list at the right.

Any idea how to make the above code work again?

I want to report an issue with the Firefox 102.4 ESR for Linux.

System: OS: Raspberry Pi OS (64-bit)

An Addon called „ebesucher“ is installed and in use. This addon always visits a new website within a few seconds and that’s it, nothing special. Sometimes Firefox working for a long time, but sometimes it crashes within an hour more than one time.

So, I want to know why and is it fixable? It’s a very annoying issue.

Hello, I've been experiencing some issues after updating to version 106. I can be watching a video, listening to a music of viewing a site and randomly, the browser would become unresponsive and freeze. The funny thing is that music or videos keep playing in the background and the RAM or CPU usage never goes down but I can't do anything. After a while if I try to click on the browser, it then brings up a popup telling me that the app is unresponsive and I could either wait or close the app. Previously I had waited for over 2 hours hoping that it would fix itself but that never happens. The only saving grace is that I am able to restore my previous tabs after closing Firefox but tabs on my private tabs are gone forever (P.S. It's not p0rn but site that i don't want cached on my browser). This started from me updating to version 106 and currently am on 106.0.2 but the issue persists. I was hoping someone can assist me with this as I do prefer using Firefox.

Below I show screen shots of the blank page on firefox which has the firefox logo all but diminished under the private browsing mask. It's the same on the start bar but of course much smaller.

It makes it look like the new brand of firefox is the private browsing mask (I am always in that mode except for netflix).

I prefer the firefox logo and I surely don't need to know when I'm in private browsing on the start bar. The home page I don't care about, but I know I'm in private browsing cause the upper area of firefox says private browsing right on the browser itself. I have no idea why we would need be made aware that we're in private browsing, it seems the opposite would be more helpful.

I'm writing because I don't like this new firefox tiny icon with a big purple mask over it. Wanted to let you know.

If you're changing brands or something? To a purple mask? And private browsing isn't all that great.

The image on the left below is the new firefox icon on the start bar. The one on the right is on the blank page which I don't care about at all but it's just a bigger picture.

Windows 10 pc can not start,I have gone through automatic repair and diagnostics steps,but am now on advamced options and think I need to Reset it.This will lose Firefox.When I install it again will I be able to sign into my Firefox account to retrieve bookmarks and passwords?I am very nervous about this,don't even know how to install Firefox,as someone gave me the computer and it was already in there. I am a tech dinosaur!Thank you in advance for any help.Lesley

I'm on the latest version of Firefox, 106.1, and I'm missing the Firefox View button on my MacBook Pro 13". It is showing on my Mac Mini M1, and both are logged in and syncing properly using my Firefox account.

When I type in about:firefoxview on my MacBook Pro in the URL bar, I see the page but noticed it says "New colorways are on the way" on the right. On my Mac Mini, I see the "Independent Voices" text and an option to "Try colorways".

Bug? Some weird setting on my MacBook? Both are running macOS Monterey, 12.6.

I am not a sophisticated computer user and I have some cognitive problems due to age and illness so please be as simplistic as possible with any response. I was trying out new features and now have the private browsing icon on the bottom bar on my screen. The color purple triggers strong anxiety for me so I just want to get that off my screen. I won't be using private browsing so I want to remove it. I tried to drag it to the recycle bin but couldn't get rid of it that way. Please help me remove that icon from ever being on my screen. Thank you.

I just opened a pop up that you sent - asking to choose a color. I had no idea it would change the look of Firefox. Please could you instruct me how to change it back to how it was. This brown is not OK.
