Good morning, Recently I discovered there are two maps called "Andere bladwijzers" in my Firefox browser. I deleted a submap in the second map and noticed this submap had also disappeared in the first map. Is there something I must do or can I leave these two large maps as it is? I wanted to use sync to transfer my tabs from my previous MacBook to my new MacBook. I reset the previous MacBook and now when I login to the new one, sync does not show any of my previous tabs.

Hi, I recently began having trouble getting Youtube to work on Firefox.. Doesn't seem to want to connect, slow to open, mostly not at all, sometimes loads half the page....etc Constantly comes back with a message that I am not connected to the internet, which is nonsense.. It loads instantly in Microsoft Edge..which I normally don't use at all. I have deleted all history , Cache etc multiple times and that works maybe for one time and then the problem is back again.

Appreciate some help.

I installed Mozilla VPN just over one year ago. I never could get it working right (my issue I'm sure) and simply forgot about it. Until I was billed for another year recently. I really do not need VPN at all because I always use secure methods when online such as Kaspersky protected browsing and PayPal and Zelle also. Please direct me to whomever is able to cancel my VPN account and possibly issue a refund. A phone number would be nice if a better explanation is necessary. Thank you for helping me, I look forward to hearing back.

My bank delivers monthly statements as rasterized copies of their paper statements. They are clearly pixelated and not text. However, when I open one of these PDFs in Firefox I am able to select the rasterized text, as you can see from the attached screenshot clip.

How is this possible?

The Subject says it. I have this line "Your browser is being managed by your organization." in Config under Sync. I am a private user so there is no organization. I want to get rid of this.

I'm trying to troubleshoot why Google Chat will not sound an audible alert while Google Mail does. I can't find any settings that would affect this so naturally I suspect this organization line.

I'm using the Mozilla .deb and not the Ubuntu snap.

This question was previously posted: "How to DISABLE the back and forward arrows that now come up on the left and right sides of the Firefox panel." There was only one answer but it didn't address the actual issue. It's too easy to inadvertently go back a page or two which usually screws up something I'm working on. Someone added these annoying arrows, there must be a way to remove or at least disable them. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I expect the back button to return to the previous page visited, but too often the button either doesn't respond at all or a right click is required to view the page history. Is there something I need to do get the original function of the back button that I thought was universal in most browsers?

Title. Whenever I open Firefox, the window will appear shortly after, but it will take around a minute for websites to load. This applies to both tabs from older sessions and opening new tabs. It doesn't matter whether I've just booted up, or if I've been running for half an hour. I've tried disabling all extensions, but that hasn't fixed anything. I am running Linux Mint 21.1 Cinnamon on my Gaming Laptop. Specs shouldn't be an issue. ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!

Pass week or so my regular sites that have embedded twitter post doesn't seem to render twitter post correctly at all.

Pleas take a look at the attachments.

supposed to be twitter post, showed up just text, no pictures etc.

I think better to add sleeping tabs option-like edge browser-to saving resources of system. saving system of chrome is not ok. because offloading tabs. but, edge don't offload and its faster!

I have run Firefox for years on up to 4 PCs at once, everything has always synced and screens all look the same. Recently one laptop lost the addon extension icons in the Firefox toolbar. They remain on all other installations. I have tried uninstalling Firefox and installing an earlier build, and also the latest Beta build with no luck. All extensions show as installed and activated. I have copied the Profile from another laptop. I have of course done a reset. Any other suggestions?

Hi! I have a brand new installation of Firefox and it is crashing when I try to share my screen. It crashes in troubleshoot mode too. Any ideas about how to solve it? Thanks!

During the past two weeks, I added annotations to three PDF files using Firefox, saving the file each time I added an annotation. After Firefox updated to v109.0 on a Win10 computer, I discovered that the annotations were gone in the first 2 PDFs. Does anyone have any insights into what happened and how to recover the annotations? I did try copying the PDFs to a computer that was running Firefox v108.0.2, but the annotations were still not visible.

I have my setting to ask me what to do with files, pdf , whether open or download i have it all set to ask it asks , it opens them in firefox but still downloads them to my computer. i don't want them to download , i'm never sure if they are safe how i stop stop auto download This has only been in the last few updates this began

Hello, I use McAfee for security,and recently have changed locations and a new Internet provider.Previously there was no problem with my location on google maps.On the phone,which still uses a phone connection through a different provider,maps works correctly.I have checked my settings on this computer,as advised by Firefox, and permission is given to google to access my location. I'd appreciate any help, Thnx,Steve.
