I don't have a Profiles menu under the Account button on the main toolbar. My Firefox was just updated and the update tab info talked about the new profiles feature as if it was available. Is this rolling out in phases or should I be seeing it?

I have version 144.0, updated on 10/14/2025.

I need to dump this [expletive] version 144.0 and go back to the previous version that actually worked, hopefully before I waste my entire [expletive] day with an internet browser that does not go on the internet. I have tried a complete reinstall, rebooting, turning off antivirus and throwing my mouse across the [expletive] table. Anybody have better solutions?

Hello. I'm having a sudden problem. Both the regular search screen and the image search screen are misaligned, overlapping the search box, or showing through. I have no idea what's causing this and don't know what to do. Restarting the computer doesn't work, and disabling add-ons doesn't work either. The cause is unknown. Windows 11 Home Windows version is 23h2 Firefox version is 144.0 64-bit.

Thank you. It's an add-on called "Stylus." I had a CSS stylesheet that "centered Google search results on the screen," so I was using that stylesheet until today. This issue suddenly occurred, so I disabled only the "centered Google search results on the screen" stylesheet.

I just updated Firefox to 144.0 On the home page the Firefox logo came back. I went into about:config to check if the update changed the browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.logowordmark.alwaysVisible setting from false to true. It was still set to false so it seems setting it to False is no longer working. Has anyone else noticed this? or Does anyone know any other way to remove firefox logo?

As stated above, recently everytime I want to go to a sign in page on Firefox, a pop up asks me for my Mozilla password. I have to close the box and continue. Pls help!!!

Almost every internet site that I go to using Firefox I get this message, "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.". When I use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, I can get to the site? I really like using Firefox, but if it does not work?

My hard drive crashed and is irrecoverable. Can my Firefox account, with all historical data, be downloaded to my new hard drive?

I'm not a computer programmer, or an expert, just a user with a little bit of knowledge. I've just looked at your answer to the missing icon problem. You suggested refreshing Fire Fox. This sounds like a brilliant answer to my problem, but you missed out the crucial steps to how to do this. This isn't the first time I've felt like hurling objects at my computer after trying to follow your trouble shooting instructions.

These steps might seem obvious to your software technicians, but many of us are oblivious on how to do these simple things. Could you please pretend that we are all computer illiterate, and include the final steps in your answers. If you don't like writing the same thing over and over again, could you please just paste a link at the end on "How to Refresh Firefox."

PS I'm running Windows 11 on a Dell Latitude laptop, using the brand new Firefox version. (As of yesterday.)

So, like so may others I had to purchase a new computer with Windows 11, and with that comes all of the switching over of all the data. I reinstalled Firefox, and just naturally assumed (knowing I shouldn't assume anything) that all of my bookmarks and everything else would transfer over once I reinstalled Firefox. Not so. And now I'm wondering how I get everything from I'm guessing my "old profile" from the Windows 10 computer, to the new Windows 11 computer. I'm not the most computer savvy person on the planet, so I have to kinda take is slow. If someone could help me bring back everything I had before, that would be great! If that's even possible. But I thought that Firefox stored all that information just for times like this.
