I'm trying to access a video on meethook.live. I did so in 2021 using the Firefox browser, but for some reason, it won't work anymore. The kind people at Meethook.live suggested using Chrome or Safari, but I don't want to use either of those browsers. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to change any settings to make it work. I tried a few security settings, dropping a few protections I had set up, but that hasn't helped. Can you suggest anything?

I'm using Chrome to send this because I'm thinking I have a virus of some sort, but when I run scanners, my computer comes up clean. I prefer Firefox over Chrome, so hope to resolve this issue. The icon I'm concerning with is on the right side in the middle. Is is mainly blue with an X on the top left corner. Inside the box, is says Log In with an arrow. I can click on the X and the icon will go away. But when using Temu or eBay, it'll come back. It doesn't seem to come up on any pages not selling something. I contacted eBay and they state it is not theirs and to contact Mozilla Firefox. This is probably not a coincidence, but I just had my eBay account hacked into and had to change my password. Ideas??

Firefox isn't loading anything, not even the about:configs page, this happened out of nowhere, i tried reinstalling it, restarting it but nothing is solving the problem, im using the lastest version btw

I used Speedtest by Ookla. When the broad band was installed, the technician did this without a problem. Today when I tried I was taken to an installation page. After I used the SpeedTest, then my main page was gone and instead I have a bar of Firefox selected options. I've tried to find how this is done so I can set it back but I can't find it. Please help.

Hello this is Don. I am using Win10 with Firefox 120.0 64 Bit as my default browser I am having a problem with logging in to The Sony Community Forum where I help Sony users. I enter my email as my Sign in ID then press enter to get to the password screen and it goes to the spinning grey circle on a white screen. My Memory and CPU gets really high and my browser locks up and I have to go to task manager and End Task for all Firefox processes to unlock it. I have no problem getting in to the website with MS Edge but I hate using it but I have to in order to sign in to Sony Community Forum and help users. I have have done a full system scan for malware with Norton, MSERT, Malwarebytes and Windows Defender. I have done a REFRESH of Firefox and I have even uninstalled and re-installed Firefox and nothing helps. I have it set to auto clear everything under History including Cache and Cookies. There is something about this Forum that for the past week will not let me in. I have emailed my Sony Advocacy leader and he is having the Web Site Team looking into it. This is the only website I cannot log in to. I have used Firefox for years and do not want to have to go to something else.

I generally go here https://www.tafesa.edu.au/ and select 'learn' and log in there. Now I just get a window saying 'Taking you to your organisation's log in page' and circling dots and it stays there forever. That window is, I think, from Tafesa. So it sounds like a Tafesa problem.

BUT: I use Edge and it all goes smoothly and I log in. Which sounds like Firefox is not handling something from that site.

Anyone got any ideas on what i could do to get Firefox working on this?

In the bookmark-bar in my Firefox-installation contains the soft-button for the function "Import bookmarks". I do not need this function always showed in the bookmark-bar. How can i remove it ?

All my menu texts are so TINY now, that I can't read them, but the browser page is SO WIDE that I can't ever see a whole page and I have to scroll from side to side to read things, which is a ROYAL PAIN as I miss seeing a lot of things. No one can seem to help. I tried the limited percentage things, 67% used to work but now that is too big and when I go smaller I can't read ANY of the text, it is TOO TINY! I can't do my work! The screen shot won't paste on here.

I can't open a particular site i watch in private. I refreshed browser; I gave permissions off and then on or enhanced tracking off then on and neither nor changed anything. The website help desk that i tried opening verified password asked which browser and still it wouldn't open when putting correct information password and user name in. Any suggestions? I didn't do anything different and thought it was the website but i'm member and nothing's changed on their end.

Hi,Why is download showing up on nearly all sites I go to & HOW do I get rid of it permantently I can close it by hitting the X beside the Download,but it Should not be there Thanks Darryl

UPDATE: when I use the troubleshooting method, i.e, WHAT HAPPENS is it appears to be trying to work, but it's on again, off again, with more than one extension appearing to be the problem. Very mystifying. The only time the problem is completely fixed appears to be when I close all the extensions. (So far.)

HELP!!!!

When I open YouTube, the search videos all show an image. Then when I select one, for the last two days now, that ("front page) image is gone - although the video plays OK.

When I us my Chrome browser the video I've selected begins playing the instant I open the video; even when I've opened the link in a new tab.

Firefox starts but when I type into the search box nothing happens. My RoboForm link does not work and neither do the bookmarks. I have had to resort to using Edge to get onto the internet. Jim Klein

After i just updated Firefox to newest version .. I can not load any website anymore!!!!!! please make it so i can return to the previous version ASAP so everything works again.

Al those other solutions you guys give like clear cache disable en able etc don't work and take hrs of time

I recently purchased a dell refurbished computer, I set it up went and downloaded fire fox without any trouble. I restarted computer today and it would not accept password I called DiscountcomputerDepot.com help and they helped me to restart and they told me they would have to reinstall windows from computer. So I lost all my programs. when it restarted said would have to update windows. I am sick of the unannounced updates that occur without prompting me. Edge doesn't do this and I'm fed up with Mozilla unannounced updates. Going to uninstall Firefox because of unannounced updates.

Using Ancestry.com for genealogical research. The option exists to view other trees with comparable information. Works in Chrome, Vivaldi and Opera. Works in Firefox Developer. Will not work in FF 100.0.2. I've tried the usual troubleshooting - safe mode, enabling/disabling DNSPrefetch. Example URL http://trees.ancestry.com/pt/PersonMatch.aspx?tid=44861136&pid=162378642007&src=m which should display snapshots of other trees containing the same people. Only on Firefox, I am redirected to my homepage on the website. I have read of others having the same problem. Any fix suggestions? Thanks.
