Since the automatic download on 26th January I have no Windows 10. I cannot access it. I have no screensave picture or icons on the bottom toolbar. I cannot use the Windows Start button, so I cannot go to Settings or any other feature. The download has removed Windows completely. Help!!!! Please!!!!

Hi, I am still trying to get my mother the covid vaccine. Now the problem is that reCAPTCHA does't work in firefox, internet explorer 11, or aol shield. In firefox it is not displaying correctly to even use, aol shield uses the firefox browser so it displayed the same I believe, can't remember now that I am typing, In Internet Explorer it showed the Box with the checkbox and the string "I am not a robot" but when checked the graphic load circle ran and it came back with the reCAPTCHA didn't make a connection and to check my connection, any idea on how to get this working. I use Firefox on my computer and nowhere else but it keeps asking for another device to connect to to validate my my usage. What can I do so that I can use my Firefox on only one place?

I was asked to refresh my Firefox, because it started slowly. Frankly, I'm very hesitant to do so. Last time I did that, which was some time ago, I had many problems and it took some time to repair those problems that it created. What does Firefox help suggest I do? Is there still going to be problems once I do a refresh of my computer browser? Thank you.

when I try to open Firefox it says Firefox is already running but is not responding the old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window, i don't know how to do that

Hey there, awesomes! I'd like to change my Firefox pdf viewer's background color (both sides of the pdf) to dark, currently it shows light gray (see `background_bg.png`). And here is effect I want it to look like (see screenshot from Chrome `wished_bg.png`). Thanks in advance (:

PS: I don't want to change my theme to dark. It seems I have to change my css, but I dunno which & how.

Firefox Support: I am 80-years old, and use a land line. 360 894-6326. I do not have a cell phone. I have been using Firefox, and Aol for a good number of years. I do not use most bells and whistles or ‘Social Media’ accounts, and I cannot click a picture of a code from the screen. Recently, I purchased a new Laptop, which required using a Microsoft ‘Outlook Account’ the previous account Walter6326@Outlook.com ‘Password’ was not recognized, I tried to change it many times filling out the ‘form’ provided, which did not request simple information which could identify me, instead the ‘team’ said they would get back in 24-hours. They did, and indicated I didn’t provide enough information to identify me.

After a number of attempts in which ended up now creating: Butch6326@Outlook.com, I was able to get the other Laptop to work, except in using one then the other some of my destinations do not recognize the last password, and I have to have a code or some such sent to Aol.com to verify that I am me. I created yet another account with Webmail.fairpoint.net ‘Phillwa2@fairpoint.net’, however 'fix it' codes sent to that account do not get there. I have synced both computers with Firefox, and it appears that it is working. In this day and age it seems impossible to actually talk to a person in which such problems could be resolved in short order. I would appreciate some direction.

Everytime, since a few weeks, when I start a new session I have to accept cookies again with many websites. e.g. Google or De Telegraaf. Normally with the Telegraaf I have to log in just once, but since a few weeks I have to log in every time. In firefox settings I have "remember history" on.

Firefox Release 85.0.1, February 5, 2021 on Windows 10 computer

I uninstalled the Last Pass Add-in, cleared Cookies, and then downloaded and reinstalled the Last Pass add-in with the same result, yellow box for Last Pass, after I log-in. I received the following message after I tried to login: “We couldn't contact the server. Check your internet connection and try again”.

However, I am connected to the internet and if I try to connect to Last Pass outside of though the Firefox Add In, I do not get any error

If I click and delete the error message, the icon turns to red, which is normal.

Not sure what happened or why, but almost all settings disappeared - logins, passwords, preferences for page size (+/-), etc. overnight after updating Win10.

I did not uninstall the update, which I think I will do after posting this.

How do I fix this?

I copied logins.json and key4.db from one day prior, - 2/6 - but the 2kb of data were not helpful.

I switched profiles on Friday (I think), after dealing with constant errors - a page is slowing down your browser, or a script is slowing down your browser. Firefox update was on Friday - 85.0.1. A damned mess, if you were to ASK ME.

Hi - I signed out of a different Firefox account and can't get back in, as the password I have isn't correct. If I change my password, I may lose my bookmarks, etc. I exported the bookmarks to html and also backed them up (json). If I change my password, will I be able to restore the bookmarks using one of those backups? I backed up "all bookmarks." Does that include the bookmarks toolbar and mobile bookmarks as well as the bookmarks menu and other bookmarks? Thank you in advance!

I'm writing from France. I cannot reach this site : www.jerusalem.muni.il It's the site of the municipality of Jerusalem, very very generic... The error message of (all) my browser is PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR My Mozilla is up to date. Any help ? Thanks by advance (it's for answering a job offer on this site, in hebrew) Eric

My dad did somethink with Avast antivirus(at least he said so) and after that we have no search engine available. If you try to type something in a serch bar you can only open direct links. Default search engine button in the settings does not respond and even following instructions on the site I can't add new search engines. Tried Google, YouTube and DuckDuckGo but to no avail. There is just no option to add new search engine.

P.S. Don't know how to reach russian-speaking support, so screenshots are in russian with some explanations on top.

Yahoo intruded and functions as default search, even though Google has been and is still designated as default in the settings. I removed Yahoo from the list of 1-click browsers, but that didn't affect its unwanted function as default search. This began out of the blue several days ago, and I have no idea how. I dislike Yahoo in general and have not been on that site. I'm getting really frustrated!

The icon for MAIL is no longer available at the right end of the search bar - should be to left of the history/bookmarks/pocket list icon. Please help me restore this. I use it to place news headlines etc. into e-mail for sending!!!!

after a fresh reinstallation of Windows 10 and signing into my firefox synch account, all my bookmarks, History, saved passwords and all settings are missing.

I have clicked on synch many times but unlike in the past, where after a new installations I could simply log into firefox to get my old settings, this time everything is gone.

Can anyonne help please?
