Afte a while , when i open a new tab and enter a "word/phrase" the tab wont do anything - not search, not open wesites, or google it automaticaly on enter. I have to close and open the browser to be able to use it again. I have allready fresh install, i have change the appblocker, logout and more setings but I have no solution yet. Maybe there is an log to look up to see where the problem persists. Thank you!

On my old (Intel based) MacPro Zoho email works fine. On my new M1 chip MacPro when I first open Zoho, or open an email, the page does not render properly at first (buttons/links don't work etc). After a delay it refreshes and shows properly. The delay depends on how fast my internet is - in the evening it can be a minute or so. Even when the internet is good I still get 2 versions of a page with a pause in between.

I tried on Safari and it works fine - which makes me think this is a Firefox issue.

I have some screen shots but when I click the browse button below I can select a file then it just endlessly shows working. I will have to email these to you separately

Hello, I just installed windows 10 on my nephews computer. I installed firefox so I don't have to use edge, but firefox won't start. It just flashes. I have tried re-installing firefox, deleted all mozilla and firefox files and folders and clean installed firefox, even reinstalled windows. Troubleshoot mode don't work, it just flashes too. I checked for Crash Reports, but there are none. The only time it works is when windows is in safe mode, I even upgraded to computer to windows 11 hoping that it would fix what ever is going on. But it didn't. I honestly have no idea what to do next. Firefox has worked on that computer before. Everything else works fine, it's just firefox that won't work. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

If Firefox is open and running, then the firefox icon is an orange fox. I Firefox is closed and not running, then firefox icon is a square white paper (generic icon). This problem did not exist in all previous editions of firefox, only in firefox 100. Help.

I am currently using facebook on firefox on my apple computer (mac os catalina 10.15.7) . It says firefox is up to date. For some reason facebook doesn't open and only a white page shows. I restarted firefox in safe mode and it still does not work. I cleared all history and cleared cookies. I restarted my computer. I am not a computer genius but is there anything else I can do to clear this issue?

On Windows 7, vr 98 was starting in a second. Now vr 99 start in 9 second. On Windows 10, vr 99 start in a second. Will it be fix soon or how can I reinstall vr 98 AND keep my profile?

just updated to version 100, and now my work is stalled because I can't play online training videos (that it's my job to create, so need to publish and preview them online). The audio plays, but the video does not. Interestingly, when I navigate away from the tab, the visual still refreshes to the progress point in the video, but still does not PLAY the video.

Is there a way to downgrade to the previous Firefox version?

Hello, yesterday my Firefox started exhibiting very weird problems. Websites often fail to load and I get a We're having trouble finding that site, which I pass by refreshing the page, sometimes it takes one refresh, sometimes even 5-6. The tabs also crash randomly (this started happening today). Other web browsers do not exhibit that problem. I tried: - clearing cookies and site data - refreshing Firefox - re-enabling Firefox in the Firewall - completely reinstalling Firefox - restarting my router - the problem also happens in Troubleshoot mode

Ive sunk a lot of hours into trying to fix this problem, but it always comes back. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

This happens with all browsers. I need a software but it needs to find firefox.exe I have tried changing the name of the firefox exe but then the software wont work. It flashes white and it shuts down.

My google drive keeps disconnecting, and google drive/google docs links are not working. I have attached a screenshot of the new tab page when I copy paste a google sheets document URL into the search bar and hit enter. After the reloading icon animates, I stay on the new tab page and the url just sits there. The debug console shows 1 GET request that is timed out (picture also attached).

I can fix the issue by completely closing all firefox windows and opening again, but it will disconnect me after some minutes.

Firefox has seemed unstable for a few months now, but in the past weeks even more so. It crashes often, and has usually crashed when I come back to my desktop after a few hours or the weekend. Today it has crashed on me at least 10 times. It does not seem to relate to a particular website or activity. It is becoming so difficult to work with that I am going to have to go to Chrome or something else if it's not fixed. Firefox pretty regularly does updates (often after it has crashed), so it is not that I've got an old version or something.

Firefox 100.x - new download - while loading says it's already open when it's not. Meaning that I force quit the app out of the running apps, and cleared all background processes named firefox ... or mozilla ....

I deleted the app and reinstalled but no better.

The app just don't load up.

Stick with Brave? What do you advise?

When I try to upload a file to a website it cancels after about 8-10% completed. I was able to upload the same file to the same website in Microsoft Edge without any issues. I checked my Firefox update history and I see that it updated to 100.00 yesterday 5/3/22.

scrolling via up/down keys do not work on half the webpages i vist. other browsers scroll just fine, but not firefox. i want to continue using firefox, but like many others i know, i will stop using firefox is this issue cannot be resolved.

My Firefox has suddenly stopped working when websites have menus you need to scroll through on the right side. Example: websites where you are drilling down through filter options, or in Ancestry where you will typically open a record in the hints screen and scroll down through the detail. The right scroll navigation causes the whole page to scroll up and down; there's no way to navigate down in the sub-display. I have run FF in safe mode, and done a scorched-earth uninstall/reinstall and the problem persists even with no plug-ins restored. This is on a machine running Windows 11. The machine crashed right before this became a problem. Sites work in Edge without issue.
