Hello - I'd to know why bookmarks are now being saved automatically to Library vs allowing me to choose a specific toolbar folder, as I was able to before? This requires an extra uneccessary step to move my bookmarks into my specific folders, and I would like to fix this behavior.

PrintFriendly. Does the latest update to desktop Firefox still support PrintFriendly? I need it for making websites legible, but Firefox disabled it for Android (and won't let me go back to earlier versions), so I'm afraid to update the desktop version. Added security doesn't help if I can't read what's on a webpage. I'm running version 85.0.2, on Windows 7 Pro.

I have an urgent problem. I am about to loose access to my existing primary and secondary emails, as i have been forced to try to change to a new email provider. I set up with Gmail and it was working fine until I updated windows on the 20th. Now I cannot log in I get the following error massage:

I have searched online and deleted my google cookies and cleared my cache without effect. I am getting desperate to get this fixed. My new ISP does not provide email addresses but I need two of them one for myself and one for my mother. I have been told that my existing emails my be deleted as early as 30th March 2021. I have been trying to get these new emails in place for nearly three months and I feel like this is the last straw.

I know I am using an old version of Firefox, but I need to keep my old style extensions as I use them to help me with my visual disability.

I had to reinstall Ubuntu 20.04 because I removed vital Python 2 and 3 and it broke. Before doing this I was logged into my Firefox profile and should have had my bookmarks and extensions synced. I do not see any reason why this would not be the case. However, after my reinstall of Ubuntu and logging into Firefox profile all of my bookmarks and extensions are gone. I tried checking around Firefox and it only shows bookmarks and extensions from after my reinstall. I have not performed a backup since I reinstalled Ubuntu, but those bookmarks are there. So I don't understand why I can't find my old bookmarks and extensions from before my Ubuntu issue, because I was logged into my Firefox account. My Firefox account information should have been saved to my account not my computer anyway. Please help me I had a lot of important bookmarks on there, but can't remember all of them.

How do I prevent the loss of passwords in my Firefox web browser every time Microsoft installs an update? This has happened with the last three Microsoft updates.

Startup window Firefox can not remember the window size. Have already tried many things. E.g. start without add-ons. On the PC all windows in all other programs work without any problems. Where can I set the window size fix?

Since somewhere last autumn, when I download any file from any website, the browser vanishes without any warning on the moment I navigate to the destination folder.

I maintain 2 websites (Joomla), and last week both required uploading a few files in Phoca Download to make them available to members. Now also on this upload the browser was completely gone when I navigated to the folder where I kept the fles.

So, I have installed a search engine addon BUT I don't like the default shortcut keyword. I know I can add a custom, new one, but as far as I know, I can't remove/replace the default one.

Why isn't it possible to create a custom search string like on mobile Firefox in the first place? It would make things so much easier... :/

After your latest update you broke the bookmark star function. This is key to my role in my job and if it is not fixed in a reasonable amount of time then I will have to switch back to Chrome. The instructions say to right click the 3 dots but it does not offer up anything when done. Add to address bar is the only thing that shows up when you do right click on the 3 dots instead of add to address bar like the article says. Please fix this ASAP!!!!

So my account is synced and everything, but if I quit my Mozilla browser on my Mac everything gets deleted. Passwords, bookmarks, everything. It's so frustrating that I may go back to Safari because this is ridiculous.

So, I had a little message at the bottom of the browser that said Firefox was running a little slow and that I could fix that problem by clicking the "Refresh Firefox" link. I did, and now I"m finding that I have to input my passwords again and in my search engine, now I'm getting a lot of Russian links for my searches. There is a lot of questionable sites and actions going on now. Did I just open a can of worms by hitting the "Refresh" link?

In the Total Cookie Protection (TCP) article (https://blog.mozilla.org/security/2021/02/23/total-cookie-protection/) it says TCP is in Strict mode. I have my settings set to Custom with All third party cookies blocked, trackers blocked in all windows, cryptominers blocked, fingerprinters blocked. With these custom settings is TCP enabled for me? If not how do I enable it? Thanks in advance.

I have ran three antivirus said PC is clean, scan disk defrag done. I went through all settings nothing I saw looked wrong. I don't know what is going on I just know these last 5 days have been pure hell. I cleared cookies and site information, and reset passwords and I even went to sites to see what they suggested. Nothing worked. I tried Private Mode too. and a different browser. I know a few sites do work password wise. But sites like the bank and the credit cards don't no matter what i do. I am so fed up I am about to order this windows 10 pro disk and reformat. This is a Dell computer and i wish I never bought this thing. It is a little over a year old. If I decide to buy another PC it's gonna be from scratch. I hate Dell as soon as all the perks expired I have done nothing but fix this thing.

I have been having problems with my sign-in on a particular web site lately. I have been in contact with them and finally found the problem. Firefox will not allow me to fully log in to my XXXXXX account. It will only allow me to get to the "Security Challenge" page then stops. I assume that it is because of some pop-up problem.
