My Bookmarks seemed to have been disabled on the Bookmarks Bar. How do I restore them?

How do I access bookmarks?bold text

hello, all of a sudden my tool bar is gone with all of my bookmarks. i cant add,delete of find anything, instructions are too complicated

the toolbar with all my bookmarks is gone. The bookmark manager is empty and when I try and bookmark a tab, I cannot Save. The Save Button is grayed out.

For some reason I can't add my bookmarks to my taskbar.

I do not want the bookmark toolbar. I have checked it to never show, but it reappears when I open a new window or when I first sign on.
