when I try to compose mail in yahoo accessed through my Firefox Mozilla browser , email addresses do not autopopulate like they used to. Also, I am having an issue writing emails. When I hit the return button within the body of emails, the lines do not drop down. Does anyone know how to fix these issues?

I have suddenly become unable to access Amazon Smile through Firefox. Google Chromr seems to work ut I don't really like it. I get the message: Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to smile.amazon.co.uk.

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

This seems strange as I have never had this prolem until today. ps I'm not particularly computer savvy so you'd have to lead me by the hand!

Hi, For decades it was not a problem to simply open a file instead of saving it, but now it doesn't matter if you wanna save or only open a files, it will save it anyway and pollute your download folder and download list.

And the fake explanation they give about "but its hard to find file in temp folder..."... SERIOUSLY!? that's your excuses!? If i want to simply open a file its not to save it so there is no need to find it otherwise i choose the "save to" option not the "open" one... What the point of having to choose between two option if they both do the exact same thing (no sorry one open the file AFTER saving it without our consent and in an unwanted place while the other simply save it where we want as expected...)

Update after update firefox is becoming a real pain to use... everything that used to work perfectly with easy setting to understand now either don't work anymore either has getting extremly difficult to set with random unrelevant setting that do not at all what they say they do... i think that last one will kill firefox... seriously who got such a terrible idea "hey let's fucked up open setting so it work the same way as save setting without telling anyshit to anyone so our company can die"

hello why can there not be a simple way of getting your passwords back after and up grade has lost them why is there not a simple restore button that allows novices like me to just press and reinstall , with out going through the ends of the earth on firefox todo this ? open this file then open that file, lose what has been saved and replace with another file, it is an impossible way to do this for a novice on firefox , with out paying a lot of money to a tech guy that will take a couple of minutes to do but that will take a novice months and not get it done in the end,

I cannot seem to narrow this down. I am getting a ntdll.dll exception within the error that I see in Event Viewer -> Application logs. This issue is reproducible on two different computers, opening various sites. I suspected it was extensions (as those would be a commonality) but I had the same crash occur in Troubleshoot Mode. It does happen less frequently on a newer machine, but it still happens. I find that opening something such as YouTube or The New York Times makes it crash faster, meaning some performance thing.

I'm starting to take bookmarks seriously and put them all into folders to make things easier, but i'd like to have longer names for my folders that don't get cut off and put into an elipsis. Can this be done?

Please god help me. I am trying to change my password and it tells me my old password is incorrect. I sign in using the only password I have with Firefox, and use the same one to try and change it, but it keeps giving me this error message. I'm about to put my face through the monitor.

I can't use pdf to printout my credit card statements. This has happened on different banks. Finally, I gave up & went over to Chrome & had no problems. Please fix it. Another issue about pdf, it used to pop up on another page so I can view it right away when I clicked on open or whatever it was . But now, it disappears in a file. I miss the old way. Please fix it. NOW I FIND OUT THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT FIREFOX AND ALL THEY HAVE IS THE STANDARD ASK A QUESTION FROM THE COMMUNITY! THERE ARE TOO MANY GLITCHES WITH DOWNLOADING THEIR UPDATES AND COMPLETELY LOSING MY SAVED PASSWORDS AND NOW THIS BROWSER HAS BLOCKED INFORMATION POSTED ON A NEWS ARTICLE THAT SHOWS TWITTER FEEDS BY THE PRIOR TWITTER ADMIN THAT HAS BEEN FIRED. I HAVE THE STANDARD SECURITY AND DO TRUST THE SITE THAT I AM ON BUT WITHOUT EXPLANATION FIREFOX HAS BLOCKED THOSE FEEDS IN THE ARTICLE. CERTAINLY NOT INTENDED TO PROTECT MY BROWSING BUT TO BLOCK AN INTENTIONAL POLITICAL PERSPECTIVE! I NO LONGER WANT TO TRUST FIREFOX/MOZILLA WITH MY BROWSING CAPABILITIES ESPECIALLY KNOWING IT IS ONLY VOLUNTEERS AND NOT SUPERVISED OR ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GIVE ANSWERS!
