Suddenly (last day or so) the timestamps on Facebook posts are missing (except on the first on the timeline). The data is there, you can hover over the location where the timestamp should be and the date and time will pop up. This still works as usual on Chrome, so I don't think it is a Facebook issue. Since yesterday on Facebook I can't see the time a post was written like I always had and like it happensa for example on Chrome, does this is happening to others?

Etrade website, and that website only, loads normally but then freezes. Other sites are fine and Etrade works fine with Edge. Windows 11 latest update. I've tried clearing cache and cookies to no avail.

I don't know if breakage is the correct topic. I keep Ring.com open to the dashboard in a pinned tab. A few days ago, I had viewed and cleared videos as usual and later returned to view new activity. The site requires logging in every 30 days and so seeing that I needed to do so was not a surprise. What was a surprise was that the login buttons were grayed out. I closed the tab, cleared the Ring cookies and cache and tried again. No luck. I wondered if there was some other setting that I didn't know about and decided to open a private window and try it there. To my surprise, it works. I'm stumped. I'll attach the raw data from the private window as a .txt file. Darn. I can only attach an image. Well, I have it available and can copy and paste it into a subsequent post if you think it would help

Hello guys, so my Computer crashed and was stuck in a bootloop and I needed to hard reset it. Now my Firefox passwords,bookmarks etc are gone. How can I recover them, they are very important?

I have always found the "Save Image As..." menu command when right-clicking with the mouse in order to save an image. Recently the website where I download these images from has implemented an automatic zoom feature that changed this standard menu (now appearing with commands such as "Save Page As...", "Save Page to Pocket", "Select All", etc...). I cannot access any command that directly relates to the underlying image and so I am not able to save it. The website developers assured me that with their own browser (not Firefox, I presume) the "Save Image As..." option is still available, suggesting me to install a different one. I believe the reason of this change in behaviour is because the mouse does not find a direct link to the image any more (as if there was a layer in between running a script to enlarge the image).

My question: is there any other way to access the menu option I need? Why should other browsers be able to "see through" the image and have the standard menu?

When I attempt to log in to Ontario Gaming Corp I am continually advised I am not eligible because I do not live in Ontario. This is BS - I have been living in Ontario since 1953! Please determine the cause and get this fixed.

Hello All After a Best Buy install of a new SS drive I am having trouble recovering firefox. FF loads ok but it is just a blank page. When I try to go anywhere it complains of an SSL error. I have been happily using FF for a long while so I have had no interaction with Microsoft for some time but it seems they are trying to force me to use chrome or edge and the oh so wonderful Bing. I am still looking for an answer but having to use chrome which I am unfamiliar with. any help appreciated Thanks

I tried to change the download folder for Firefox inside "settings", and Firefox showed that the change did take, even after opening and closing the program again, but trying to download a file leaves me in the old folder again, as if Firefox didn't take what it showed it took. Also, Firefox keeps crashing when I try to download to the downloads folder. Not sure why. Clearing a few items lets me download again, but then, it will crash if I dare keep going. Is there a limit to how much can be in the downloads folder aside from the C drive itself? My C drive is showing 84GB free, in the blue, not red, so what gives?

When FF (113.0.1) is maximized clicking on the first (left hand) pinned tab does not open the tab. Hovering over the tab doesn't change the background color of the tab.

If I restore down the window, hovering over the tab changes the background color of the tab from light grey to a slightly darker grey and clicking the tab opens it.

Malwarebytes & Privacy Badger appear not to be working, though shown as 'enabled' in 'Extensions'. No blocked content is indicated. Adverts appear on lse.co.uk which can cause all four CPU's on Intel i5 to hit hi 90%. This problem appears to have started in this release.

Have disabled Privacy Badger and installed Adblocker Ultimate. This seems to have cleared the problem and Malwarebytes Browser Guard is now reporting results. Can't see how to mark problem as fixed??

A further observation which may be related to this problem. Response time seems very sluggish on FF 112.0.1

I have re-enabled both Privacy Badger & MalwareBytes and disabled Adblocker Ultimate. Both appear to be functioning now.

I have noticed that the WebExtensions process can consume as much and sometimes double the CPU & memory resource as that needed for the Firefox process. Is this to be expected? Do I need these extra security features, or are they built-in to the browser anyway?

HI! I've been trying to install Firefox on my new Acer Chromebook by following this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/run-firefox-chromeos. However, whenever i get to the last step, it says "no remote refs found similar to firefox". I have no idea what i'm doing at this point, any help?

Can a Wildcard such as Dollar or the question mark be used to substitute a character or a number of characters while searching the FF password manager? For the love of God, can someone explain who thought it was a good idea to remove the option to sort bookmarks menus by name? Please do not suggest users to open the All bookmarks and using the View > Sort option because it's not permanent, such useless option only applies temporarily while that window is open.

What version must I downgrade to in order to recover the bookmarks sort by name? Because of course the option won't be recovered. Kindly explain who, and why did you decide it was very useful for the end user to delete this option.
