Hi, Since three or four months, whenever I log into Outlook live, either on Mac or Windows PC, I get a security warning saying that the information will not be secure (Please see attachment.) When I log into the same account, from Edge for example, I do not get the warning popup. I really enjoy using Firefox and would love to continue but this case is worrying me a bit. Any idea to help? for over a week now all efforts to login to my Mozilla has been a time wasting effort, I have followed all the instructions including initial using the correct password, resetting and confirming my New Password; and also entering my32 character account recovery key all to no avail. At each stage the entered characters are indicated in the red box with a writing underneath that it is wrong. All the above parameters are securely stored in my computer and a notebook.

Mozilla, how are you going to solve this problem. Just as you Firefox updated you do not check well to see whether they work well or not, and you push them out to the public. Besides you also force to update my versions which I have not given you permission.

I have recently been watching a gentleman rebuild computers and downloaded the videos so I can go over them and learn more about this topic. I recently went to watch an episode and it played in German. I started playing some of them one by one and they are all in different languages. German, English, Spanish, French, Arabic, etc... I have not changed any settings and have no idea what is going on. Has anyone heard of this or knows how to change it back? It plays the same on VLC or MPC-HC. If it was one language or on one player I would think it to be a setting.

Hello, Randomly but frequently enough to be annoying, Firefox freezes my entire laptop. I have windows 11. It freezes so badly that I have to hold down the on/off button until it goes off. I looked it up outside of Firefox help and, per suggestions, turned off the hardware accelerator. That seemed to work for a little while but now it's happening again with greater frequency. There doesn't seem to be any exact situation that causes it which makes it very hard to diagnose. But it's enough that I'm thinking of looking for another browser so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I am trying to get on an website but it will not let me it keeps saying to verify url or contact support i have updated both laptop and desk top and for some reason this one particular website will not let me have access is this an issue you that you can help me with.

I've been using what I gather is an "older" profiles system via about:profiles.

Now if I:

1. go to about:profiles and open my second profile in another window, 2. close second window and about:profiles page, 3. open about:profiles again in first window,

I get "Another copy of Firefox has made changes to profiles. You must restart Firefox before making more changes."

This happens every single time, even though I've made zero changes to profiles, and is extremely annoying.

Can/should I migrate my profiles to the new profile manager? How to do this?

I have uninstalled Adobe Acrobat from my Mac Mini running Sequoia OS. Acrobat is not listed in my Firefox extensions. Yet, when I open a PDF from a link in an email, it opens in Acrobat (clearly announced as such with its logo) in a Firefox tab. Also, I have my Firefox setting for PDF files set to "Open in Firefox".

Acrobat is a vicious plague on my life, and I want it gone. Please assist me in ridding it from my Firefox use.

I just installed Mozilla VPN but when it's active my internet connection stops working. Pretty sure whatever protocol it's using is the problem with the WIFI signal, but I can't find how to change the protocol like every other VPN service allows. How do I change the VPN protocol? There is strangely no article already on this site for this common problem.

I'm chasing a problem with 1Password not auto-filling fields. please can you tell me how to delete Firefox and extension then re-install both. Firefox 146.0.1 MacOS 15.7.3

Getting "Mozilla Firefox Crash Reporter" problem message when attempting to print files (Docs & Sheets) from Google Cloud. Errors messages have appeared on Lenova Thinkpad laptop in Firefox since mid Dec update. Can print existing files located on desktop, just not from cloud. Both HP and Epson Printers test fine, can print 'test pages'. Tried downloading files from cloud to pc....opening downloads, got same Firefox problem message and crashed. Have used same firefox browser and same printers for several years. Rebooted several times, same error. Can print, 'printer test pages'. Do I have a switch turned off/on or is this a browser problem. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I would like my home page to be the ABC news site. However, the default seems to be Brisbane Qld. No matter how many times I change it to my location, which is Melbourne Vic. and then select "use current page" in settings, next time I turn on my PC, it's back to Brisbane. Is there a way to set my home page permanently to show my location (Melbourne Vi.) ? Regards, Manfred
