how get rid of win 10 support end remminder that has only started appearing since last update. if it is not removed i will take firefox to court. this pc supposedly does not support win 11 and i would never consider installing win 11 on any pc. i am not in a position to buy a new pc and i would not use win 11 anyway. you are clealy in cahoots with microsoft who are robbing bastards. i am contemplating going over to ubuntu. microsoft have clealy [expletive] themselves. typical american logic grab as much money as you can. if i cannot get rid of this reminder that has suddenly started appearing accross top of window. i will look for a different browser to use.

bold textI upgraded to Windows 11 months ago. Last night I tried to get on a website, but was refused access because it didn't support Windows 10. I no longer have windows 10! How do I resolved this conflict?

i accepted a free trial for vpn. I do not want to be charged for vpn. i dont find vpn usefull. websites dont allow access when Im using vpn. do not add to my account.

I want to remove Paypal from my Mozilla VPN subscription and add a credit card, but I can't figure out how to add a payment method.

I tried removing Paypal, but it forced me to restore Paypal as the payment method.

How do I switch to a credit card?

My Bellsouth email account is no longer valid and has not been valid for many years.

I have no access to it.

Please explain how i can change it?

I am unable to use my download with my OS system. I would like a refund for the purchase I made an hour ago. I have seen the links to "how to request a refund" that you have provided for other users and i have followed those instructions and have been taken in circles on the website which just lead me back to this forum. I would like substantial instructions on how to get the refund.

I once had a Firefox Sync account under the email [redacted] @outlook.com that I no longer can get into because of the loss of the MFA device and the recovery codes. I now use a different Firefox account under [redacted] @outlook.com. However, I did have a yearly subscription to Mozilla VPN tied to the old account that I need canceled ASAP. Are you all able to go in and cancel it for me?

Hi! I've received an email informing about my upcoming VPN subscription reneval. But when I went to my subscriptions page I can only see "You have no active subscriptions" message. Does it mean that my subscription is cancelled and the email message is wrong?
