recently i've created a html backup file in zen browser. and when i choose it in the settings menu on another device it says "This file isn’t working. Try picking a different file."

I cannot get into my Paypal account because Mozilla Firefox is asking me to set up a passkey. I press Continue and it tells me to enter a PIN. I don't have a PIN set up that I know of. If I try one, it is wrong and says I have tried too many times. When I go to the Settings where I should set something up with Window Hello, it says it is not available. I just want to log into my Paypal account like I used to. How can I bypass all this stuff?

When I go to see a firefox bug such as the following, https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/security/advisories/mfsa2026-10/

There appears to be more details in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2014390 located at the bottom. When I try to view the details it asks me to log in. I do not see any reason I should have to log in to view the issue as I only intend to view the bug. Why does it require a login ?

I have two files with the given content:

one.pdf .. the book jane eyre two.pdf .. the book adam bede

I go to https://duck.ai/chat and press the paperclip icon to upload a file. I upload one.pdf. I ask the AI to analyse it. It says it's jane eyre. This is correct.

On my disk, I rename one.pdf to one.old.pdf and rename two.pdf to one.pdf. I then ask the AI to reanalyse the file. It says its adam bede, which one.pdf now is, so that's correct too.

Under my understanding, if I upload something using HTML, it's uploaded. What I'm seeing above is the AI dynamically reaching into my hard drive and reading the current file. Note: I never uploaded a file containing adam bede, nor did I consent for it to be read by the AI.

What is going on there?

So, i'm trying to use VsCode and firefox in conjunction to file away some info, but for some reason, the ability to split the screen easily is gone. It is still there on my laptop with firefox, so i'm not sure why it is missing on my pc, especially since the pc is the newer version of firefox. See attached image for what i mean by easily split my screen.

Repeatedly asking you: how to get rid of Bing. Don't know how this became my default search engine. "manage search engines" does not even provide a toggle to add Firefox/Mozilla. Pressing on Bing toggle does not remove Bing.

I get pages on my cell phone which also uses Firefox and saying my phone has been hacked and has "Google Security" on top. this is just one example. I am trying to see if Firefox has a screen for this.

Hiii, I am using Floorp 12.16.3@153.0 on Debian 13 with KDE Plasma. Since the latest update, navigation from Floorp’s Private Container no longer stays inside the container.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a new tab in Floorp’s Private Container. 2. Type either a URL or a search query in the address bar. 3. Press Enter or click the arrow button. 4. Instead of loading the address in the current container tab, the browser creates a new regular tab outside the container.

The new tab does not show the container indicator and uses my normal browsing cookies. However, clicking one of the shortcuts displayed on the new-tab page correctly loads the website inside the Private Container.

I have already tried the following:

• Confirmed that `browser.urlbar.openintab` is set to `false`.
• Confirmed that `browser.search.openintab` is set to `false`.
• Restarted the browser.
• Disabled Floorp Start.
• Opened `https://example.com` inside the Private Container and then entered another URL or search query in the address bar. It still opened a new regular tab.
• Tested by pressing only Enter, without Alt or any other modifier key.

Expected behavior: entering a URL or search query should navigate within the current Private Container tab.

Actual behavior: a new regular, non-container tab is created.

This previously worked correctly and appears to have started after updating to Floorp 12.16.3, based on Firefox 153. Is this related to a change in Firefox 153’s container behavior, or is it likely to be a Floorp-specific bug? Please help, I'm a huge floorp fan :(

A little over a week ago I logged on asking a question related to the inability of the download I had made of the current version of Firefox to install on my new windows 11 Pro laptop. There were a couple of answers, the last of which was posted by James, who is identified as a Moderator.

I made not of his response, logged out of the forum and followed his instructions. I found that he had accurately diagnosed the problem and had responded with a very successful answer.

Over the following week I attempted several times to log back onto the forum and replying to his response to thank him for his assistance and let other forum members know that his effort was appreciated.

At no time was I able to return to my question, find his response and properly thank him for his effort. Each time I returned to my question I was blocked from doing anything other than reading my question. I could not even access the replies..

That is not in the interest of the forum's users and is an insult to the hard working moderators whose efforts must be duly acknowledged and lauded.

I suggest that some changes to this website are due and whomever the powers may be that make stupid decisions which maybe harmful to its users should be given the heave-ho and be returned to that unspeakable place from which they evolved.
