When there is a field to fill in my credit card info, the info will appear and let me select the CC I want to use but when I move away from the field the CC info goes away.

Sometime ago I must have made a typo when entering my email address into a pop-up window in Firefox. Firefox continues to find and use this wrong address in pre-fills but I can't find anyway to correct it. I've worked through Settings/Privacy & Security with no luck. Can someone help please? (Windows 10 Firefox 145.02)

I have several saved cards in 152.0.1 (64-bit). When on a payment site the drop-down list shows up as expected, so the extensions.formautofill.creditCards.supportedCountries is correct and working (GB). Also address filling still works, as does saved passwords,

However if I try to "Manage payment methods" the resulting list in "about:preferences#managePayments" is blank. (see image)

I have tried toggling on and off "save & autofill" and restarting, but nothing helps.

Adding a new card works, and the new card appears in the drop-down list on a payment form, but still nothing appears to edit or remove in the settings. How an I edit this list?

PS: I have disabled ALL extensions.

I have Firefox 136.0.2 (up to date) on Win 11. I want to remove specific autofill items, NOT all autofill items. Web info says use Settings > Privacy & Security > Forms & Autofill BUT there is nothing for Forms and Autofill in my Firefox 136.0.2

Can anyone please help me find how to edit autofill in this version?

I have ticked autofill addresses but not autofill payment info but Firefox autofilled my credit card details on a site that I would not give my credit card details to, how do I stop this in future?

I wanted to see how much they would charge for shipping so I had to put in my address and I allowed it to autofill but then it put in my credit card details. I do not give my credit card details to sites that I am unfamiliar with, I will use PayPal instead and this site then captured my details and sent a SMS to my phone to confirm so I know that they have captured some of my details, probaby my credit card details as well.

I went to settings assuming that the settings may have changed in the last update of Firefox but there is still no tick in the box Save and autofill payment info. I want to delete my credit card details from Firefox but I can't find them. There is nothing at all under payment methods and under addresses there is no record of my credit card.

I wanted to send this to Firefox as a bug report but I can't see how to do that. Perhaps you could send a bug report for me.

So I've been looking for the saved payment methods in my browser since I got a new card.

I realized that it is gone and that has 2 consequences for me.

1. I Cannot for the life of me remove the currently old saved one.

And

2. I do not want to save the new actual one, since I seem to have no control of my saved cards and will not be able to remove it.

Also I made Firefox stop asking, but it does not get the memo and keeps asking to save my new card.

So the common thing is that the saved cards should be in "about:preferences#privacy" under "Autofill" and there should be a button that says "Saved payment methods".

There is media on this. pictures etc. youtube videos and it is a box that appears when you press it unlike about:logins which is a tab in itself, so accessing it this way seems to be no option.

Doing some digging and found this article https://support.mozilla.org/kn/questions/1443578 It does not work for me being in DK.

Downloaded a older version of firefox 142.0 to be specefik and it does have to feature / Button but, it also does not have any data.

So what gives Mozilla? Why did you remove the button and why is the data locked away?

Included are images of current version (146.0.1) having the button removed and 142 having the button.

My credit card payment methods are missing from Firefox's settings. I tried enabling every relevant setting in about:config and still they won't appear. My current relevant settings are shown in the attached screenshot. any suggestions?

saved payment method still work and autofill when a payment page is up but managing all saved payments within settings is impossible as the list is not populated - please see screenshot link text

I am unable to view old payment methods in order to delete them. When I go to Settings, Passwords and Autofill, Payment Methods, Manage Payment Methods, I can only add new methods. The old methods do not show up, i.e. the list is blank. I have many old payment methods that I'd like to delete that show up in drop-down when I click in a credit card number field. Firefox saves my bank card details when I make payments, but to use the auto-fill I need a pin. I have no idea what this is, and I can't find anywhere to change it. I found where I could change my password (which I don't want to do) but nothing for the pin. What can I do?

I have five old expired CC's that pop up every time for auto fill. However, when I follow the link, to Manage Payment Methods. It is completely empty. There's nothing to manage. How do I delete all the old stuff when there's nothing were it should be? Please see attached.

The Address / Profile Autofill (full-form, 1-click filling) all of a sudden stopped working a few days ago. Only single-form works. I have to go to each box on a form individually and click on it to have the info fill in (Never had to do that before). And the "History" icon is showing to the left side of every info of mine that i click on to fill in (Never seen that before). Everything in the settings is still the same, nothing on my end has changed. It's set to automatically fill in my Name, Address, E-mail, Phone Number in 1-click, like it has THOUSANDS OF TIMES BEFORE. All my info is showing in settings, but not on any forms on any websites. The same websites i've been using all along, that filled in ALL my info with 1 click, all of a sudden went to single individual form last week. I asked AI what the problem could be. It gave me a few suggestions and fixes. Tried all of them, made no difference. All the settings it had me check were correct. HELP! (Thank you)

I have searched Support, enabled media Autoplay for all sites, Page Info for individual sites. Videos play but never with audio. Currently using FF 134.0 (64-bit) on Debian 12, but recall some problems starting about the 133.0 update. No audio with Youtube, Amazon testimonials/reviews, etc.

Please help?

ive searched every article from here and beyond, but i cannot seem to find the button to edit my payment information. strange since it still prompts to autofill it

When I sign in to the NY Times (for example) I get a dropdown of autofill email addresses. Some are even mistyped addresses or bogus addresses I've used to access webpages that'll take any email address. I cannot delete these. I've tried shift-delete. These email addresses cannot be accessed via Firefox preferences: autofill screens do not list email addresses but only the physical addresses that I've saved.

(And then, of course, the minute you submit any email to the NYTimes it immediately creates an "account" and starts sending you subscription offers.)

Whenever I shop online, when I start to input my credit card number at checkout, the last 4 digits of every credit card I've ever used comes up in Autofill. All I have to do is select one, then select its exp date, and it fills in the slots automatically. I find this very convenient, and I trust that it's secure as long as the site itself is. BUT by now, several of the cards that come up have either expired or are no longer in use. HOW DO I DELETE THEM FROM FIREFOX' AUTOFILL LIST? Please help--I've been unable to find the answer to this Q, though I've thoroughly searched. I'm losing patience. I don't want a lot of unused/expired cards on your Autofill. Thank you!
