I'm signed up and I get a window that says, to turn on VPN, Click the Turn On button. When I click VPN near the upper right corner of the browser, I see only a Get Started button, no Turn On button. If I click the Get Started button, it re-opens the window that indicates I'm signed in and tells me to click the Turn On button, again.

Can you assist?

I was looking for information (search engine Duck Duck-Go) about plants and suddenly I got a massage which says my iphone is hacked. I was not able to acrivate any button, besides the ok button, which I did not trigger of course. I tried to find info (pc) about the address but I shows a black screen. Than I removed firefox and re-installed it. Now the massage is gone. I have no idea where this massage comes from and if it will install malware if I would have used the ok button. It might happen again and it would be nice to know what to do Thanks in advance….

I was referred back to you for help by Google and told it was a listing for “motivations/notifications” and could be “shut off.” I could not even find a listing for “motivations” among the Firefox listings. I would appreciate your help in finding a way to block this number on the Google Calendar tag. Thanks.'

Why does Firefox take wild guesses at what folder I want something save to. I just downloaded 108 files to the same folder and Firefox never caught onto where I wanted to save these files. It just kept pitching randome "default" folders all over my computer. How can this possibly be a desirable behavior?

When I logged in this morning my FireFox screen had changed. The window for searches had disappeared and the "pocket" selections were all about India and its events. None of the previous options were there. What happened and how do I get back to where things were?

Well I'm trying to add my shortcut History to my home and when I go into settings and try to turn them on They are all grayed out and I am unable to find a solution to turn them back on

В Firefox резко пропал звук везде, в ютубе, на сайтах с сериалами и тд, я проверил и в настройках Windows и в настройках Firefox но ничгео не помогло и самое главное что везде на компьютере звук работает кроме всего что в Firefox
