How do I stop the attached Newsmax webpage error message that I encounter daily? I am using Firefox on a Macbook with OS Sequoia 15.6.1. This error message requires that I switch to Brave to view Newsmax. This has been a longstanding problem with Firefox which I've posted before to no avail. Can anyone advise what the problem is? Thank you.

I can no longer log in to iCloud applications on Firefox . On my iPhone 11, I receive the request to log in to my Apple account. I followed the same steps and was able to do so on Google Chrome. Attached is the error message.

When I try to sign in to my icloud account the account authorization won't pop up at all. I've tried restarting my pc and everything. I'm using Fedora Linux version 42 Workstation edition.

I am unable to sign into the iCloud web page on Firefox. I can sign in on Microsoft Edge, or on the Safari browser on my phone, so this is clearly a Firefox specific problem. When I try to sign in, the page skips the option that verifies my identity and goes straight to a message saying "Failed to verify your identity, Try again" without allowing the verification to occur. The verification would occur if the page would allow it to, as it does in the other browsers I mentioned. This was working fine last time I logged in a few days ago, so this is a new problem. I could switch over to Edge, but would prefer to use Firefox, if I can. Please help me. Thank you.

Suddenly I cannot log into icloud from your browser. I can log in using other devices and other browsers. Fire Fox gives me an error message "Failed to verify your identity. Try again"

Amazon (either UK or US) has suddenly stopped loading properly on Firefox - there's no main top menu or header, instead there's a text list down the LHS (see screenshots). This first happened yesterday (14 Sept 2025) and it's still the same today. It works OK on MS Edge, so it looks like the've changed something which Firefox no longer recognises.

Good day On this website kwv.co.za and specifically here: https://kwv.co.za/kwv-brandy/ When I click a product the browser does absolutely nothing but it does show the url link in the bottom of my desktop as per usual link behaviour. I then have to literally refresh the page or browse away and return here before the links work. This is specific to Firefox. I have tried everything I can to solve this to no avail. Can anyone shed light on ths please Regards

To give a bit more detail:

On my Dell Precision 7540 laptop:

When using the Bing search engine vertical scrolling with the mouse wheel does not work in Bings 'search results list' unless the mouse pointer is over the vertical scroll bar when scrolling behaves correctly.

If one of the results in the 'search list' is selected, and the resultant site displayed, then vertical scrolling with the mouse wheel works correctly, exactly as expected.

This failure of vertical scrolling occurs only with Bing. Using other search engines vertical scrolling works correctly without problems. I am 99% sure that this erroneous behaviour is new.

On my Dell Latitude 6540 laptop: No scrolling problems. Everything works as it should.

The above leads me to believe that my scrolling problem is some kind of ‘settings’ issue. I have therefore thoroughly examined all ‘settings’ in both Bing and Firefox, including about:config, but alas without finding any solution.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might cause this issue and how it may be resolved? Thanking you all for your excellent service.

For my Canvas courses, where there should be embedded videos, nothing shows up. However, the videos do appear on both chrome and microsoft edge. I have tried disabling UBlock origin on Canvas and it makes no difference. Attached are screenshots of what I see in Firefox (no video) vs Edge (video).

A website - skandia.se (my bank) - starts with a kind of popup for me to tell if I want cookies or not. If I start the page in Edge it works like that. In Firefox there is no "popup" and the whole page is "locked". I have tried to say that I allow all popup-windows in the security-settings - but it didn´t make any difference. What to do? The above mentioned site seems to not display correctly on Firefox while tests with other browsers are ok. Specifically, as shown in the images, the opening search results are garbled and overlayed while the second image shows the result in another browser. I have disabled add-ons like adblockers etc to no avail. Any ideas? Ian.

Hello, I am no longer able to sign into my Apple iCloud account and tools (Mail, Calendar, Notes, etc) through my Firefox browser. The problem started this past Friday, and it happening on both my home office and work laptops. When I switch to my Microsoft Edge browser on the same 2 laptops, I am able to sign-in to my iCloud account and tools without any difficulty. So it is not a problem on the Apple iCloud side. I am able to access my iCloud account and tools/apps from my iPhone and my iPad as always. It is only when I try to login from a Firefox browser window that I get a "Failed to Verify Your Identity" error message.

Hi, Browsing my domain Empatidius as search word and it comes up as Domain Parked. I´ve checked with my domain host providor and all their settings are just fine. When search using other browsers as google etc. they do not show any "domain park" information.

so, can you tell why firefox and goduckgo show this?

And, yes. I have cleard cockies etc etc.

I am unable to access photos on One Drive with Firefox. This problem started a few weeks ago.

I have to use Chrome or Edge to access these photos.

Please advise how to fix this problem.

Firefox appears to be having problems following certain links.

I find that if i click *above* the link by a mm or so: it follows properly. Think windows message handling is wrongly identifying the location of a click.
