I have been on Mozilla for 10 plus years. So now your asking and treating me like a new customer. I just want to get on and conduct my business.. So I can't do that, so I guess it's time to move on.

I just found out the hard way that trying to add troubleshooting information to a question can cause one to lose whatever was written as clicking "try these manual steps" opens in the same tab and erases everything one has written.

"Troubleshooting Information (optional): We can't automatically get your browser's troubleshooting data, please try these manual steps."

Please add a note that clicking on "try these manual steps" will cause you to lose everything you have typed in previously - so right click and click "Open link in new tab"

(using FF 142.0.1 on a Windows 11 laptop)

Please create a new version of the browser app that supports the ability to use FileSystemAPI on directories, this is essential for working with a BeatBuddy project and SD cards that are saved on my computer using the online editor.

Why won't Mozilla post a phone number or e-mail address that I can access with questions or help? Waiting for the "community" to reply is not what I'm looking for - I need help NOW!!!

I see there is a new AI chatbot feature available on Firefox. In reading the article about the various AI providers, I did not find information about who owns each of the chatbots. That information would be helpful in deciding on which chatbot, if any, I might decide to use. Thanks.
