When I try to change the wallpaper in WhatsApp, Firefox freezes completely. I have Windows 11 Home 25H2 on a Dell Ultra 9 PC with 64GB RAM.

I've taken these measures without success:

1. Logged out of WhatsApp.
2. Deleted cookies & browser cache.
3. Logged into WhatsApp.
4. Tried Troubleshoot mode.

This issue doesn't happen in Chrome or Edge. WhatsApp Support had no further advice to give.

Is it possible to click individual segments of an URL in the address bar to navigate there directly (without manually selecting and deleting the tail)? It's a convenient way to reach upper layers of a website.

For example Vivaldi implements it via Ctrl+<Mouseover/click> (see attached screen capture)

Is there an option or addon to enable this? Thanks in advance

Every video i watch is not centered on my screen i tried everything thinking it was on my end but if i try it on chrome and edge everything is fine. Note that only the left and upper side has a space when in full screen the right and bottom are ok In the second image it's on youtube and may appear a bit more clearer

Environment:

  Windows 11 Pro, Version 25H2, Updated windows (include KB5074109) on Jan 16, 2026.
  Firefox version 107.0  

Issue:

  Firefox freeze shortly (e.g. after play YouTube video for less than a couple minutes, just browser YouTube videos for a while, or just open about:preferences page).
  
  I installed  Firefox 147.0.1. Same issue. 

  Hover cursor to Firefox, it becomes busy (blue spinner)

  Note: Firefox works fine before the windows update. Chrome exits suddenly after the update too.

Task Manager: shows 15 FireFox processors with 0% CPU usage.

Since upgrading to 147 last night, ChatGPT does not work and there are issues with other websites (Amazon side bar). Numerous people reported it on reddit. Any suggestions for a fix?

Hello I had Mozilla Firefox as my default browser on my Mac laptop

I got a message this morning that Firefox could not open

I tried several times but no luck

I read through some of the online HELP sites and deleted the Firefox app and reloaded it

I also cleared the browsing history on SAFARI and CHROME although I couldn't see why that would work

Still not able to get FIREFOX to open

I've lost access to my [edited] @hotmail.com email address that is associated with this account, and I'd like to change my email address now before I'm locked it forever. This is the last computer that I have that is still logged in! It seems that to add another email address I need verification from my first email address, which I can not get. Please help! I don't know if your response to this help question will go to my Firefox account or my email, but if it goes to my lava950 email I won't receive it. Web pages that are supposed to contain emojis are blank. I can highlight where emojis are supposed to be shown but the actual images of the emojis aren't there. about:config font.name-list.emoji correctly contains "Apple Color Emoji" If it is relevant, this has been a bug/issue that has persisted for a couple of months now (can't name an exact date).

How do I keep my menu bar showing after the last updates of 147.0? F10 is only temporary as I click or type it vanishes again. The customize toolbar wasn't helpful. I want words not symbols.

Hallo Forum! Ich kann mich mit Firefox 147.0 (64-Bit) nicht bei https://auth.openai.com anmelden. Mit diesem Link kommt nur eine leere Seite. Mit https://chatgpt.com/ kommt der anmelde Buton aber der ist ohne Funktion. Ich habe chatgpt schon zu den Ausnahmen im Kaspersky hinzugefügt ohne Erfolg. Im privaten Fenster im Firefox auch kein Erfolg. Einzig im Edge funktionert alles. Hoffentlich habe ich mein Problem gut beschrieben und Ihr könnt mir bitte helfen? Grüße Telly
