Online shopping using WaterFox (example screenshot attached) at Walmart & other websites, preview webpages are not showing images. However using Microsoft Edge web browser the preview images load just fine. (example screenshot attached) I disabled all extensions in WaterFox but it made no difference

I did explore the "knowledge base" but could not find a fix for the problem, but would welcome any help

you could send my way. Also have a problem on some web pages that use a "chat" application. Clicking on the "chat" link does not activate the chat window. However, there again, chat window opens fine in MS Edge. Thanks!

Trojan blocked after downloading latest update. Ref. Scott. Thanks for getting back. This is new profile account and yes problem still there. I have followed microsoft directions for finding log files but directions don't seem to apply to my machine. Any suggestions? Below is the report from this morning log in on Firefox.

I tried FF 107 on a virtual win 7 64 bit with 4 GB RAM. very slow. The URL hangs for ages before page is displayed. The previous FF was OK and chrome runs OK. I am testing it before i put on 'real' computer

Is there a way to back out of the new update on my laptop. I did not load it, Best Buy did. Now some of my and on don't work or they're gone. The program is slow and none reactive, not working.

I  want my older version of Firefox.
Can you help? I'm not a computer geek it's not my forty.

when creating firefox account, i entered 0 as my age, because i saw no reason for ffox to ask for this private info. after that, firefox told me i am too young to have an account and there was no way to go back!

just another horrible act on ffox part that does not surprise me at all after seeing so many :(

if this happens to you, here is the solution: find the firefox cookies and delete them (see image)

I use a Win10 64 bit pc. I use Waterfox Classic 2022.02 which I think is like Firefox 68.0. I use this so I can still use the extensions that I need. Well up till the last update which I think was in February but not 100% for sure. I currently have no sound on Waterfox with Youtube,Twitch, or anything similar. Also sites like Roblox can't be logged out of. I tried emptying the cache & still no good.
