I want to unsubscribe form emails from a company MyHeritage, but when I click the link the page opens then instantly greys out so I cannot do anything. This happens with another trusted web site as well

I follow the instructions to pin an extension, but when I click on the jigsaw icon, I'm taken to the add-on manager page with the ability to review recommendations and manage the extensions and themes. There is no option to pin any extension. I saw this issue on an expired post to Mozilla but the answer was incorrect.

Any ideas? I can't access my password manager extension even though it's there....

How do I stop the attached Newsmax webpage error message that I encounter daily? I am using Firefox on a Macbook with OS Sequoia 15.6.1. This error message requires that I switch to Brave to view Newsmax. This has been a longstanding problem with Firefox which I've posted before to no avail. Can anyone advise what the problem is? Thank you.

I am intermittently but repeatedly getting this message in Firefox:

> The Windows file-dialog has crashed. No file or folder could be selected.

Windows 11, Firefox 142.0.1 Most recently within www.facebook.com Edit Album

Is this a known problem? And does it have a solution?

I've been backing up my opened tabs for the past 4 or 5 years with the steps in this legendary post: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1257866

But this time it failed me and I don't know why. I just switched from Debian to Linux Mint, put everything up to date, but when I copy the sessions-store folder back into my session folder, as described in the post, nothing happens. I tried restoring only the 2 files listed there, and also dropping them in the general user folder, outside sessions-store, but still nothing. I've also noticed that the sessions-store folder isn't created automatically, even if I open a bunch of new tabs now and close the browser.

I don't even know how to begin troubleshooting this to be honest, this is the first time this method's ever failed me :(

Hi, just to say, sorry, I’m an absolute idiot, I don’t understand tech at all. I have a VPN, privacy badger and ublock origin. These issues continue whether these three things are turned off or not, so I believe it must be to do with my Firefox settings.

Everything was fine, but now all of the sudden, certain elements of pages will not load.

So for example, today I tried to go to Gizmodo and look at a Star Trek page. Cool. https://gizmodo.com/star-trek-day-announcements-include-a-lego-collaboration-and-a-youtube-kids-series-2000655142

This is not the only site, just an example.

Clicked the comment button to see what people are saying. It won’t load the comments. The comments are completely blocked. They don't exist. When I try to look at the comments, it just shows me another part of the webpage, can't even see the comments.

Thought it was just this site, but then today I was on a plastic surgeon site in Europe to make a payment and it wouldn’t load the payment page.

I tried turning off badger and unblock to make the payment, and it didn’t work.

Honestly I really have no idea what the problem is, I know I’m doing something stupid but I don’t know what it is or how to figure out.

Any help on figuring out what’s going on or where the hiccups for these might be would be welcome.

I cannot log in to iCloud.com, even after setting a popup block exception. When I click on the "go" arrow after entering password, I get a notice on my iPhone to allow access. After I approve, I get a 6-digit verification code on the iPhone. But no popup window appears on the Firefox tab, so I can enter the code. Any suggestions?

My primary google account's language is set to english. If I search normally, then the results are shown in english. If I open a private window and search in google, the results will try to be in the regional english and google asks if I want to switch to english every time.

i just want to be able to add drag space to the top of my browser so i can move the window easily while it's maximized. i have been unable to find the customization section of firefox options and there is also no place on this website to speak to an actual member of support staff. this should be simple

I have these printers.

"HP LaserJet M109-M112" (the Windows default) "HP LaserJet 1020"

Regardless of the value of print.sav_print_settings, the first print dialog after starting Firefox shows "HP LaserJet 1020".

If I manually put "HP LaserJet M109-M112" (no quotes) in print_printer, it reverts to "HP LaserJet 1020" the next time Firefox starts.

How do I make "HP LaserJet M109-M112" Firefox's default? Thanks.

German language pack not available :( manually downloaded verisons of german Language pack are incompatible.

This is a weird one for me. Firefox 142.0.1 Windows 10 Pro 22H2 AdBlock Plus and NoScript as add-ons

shows me as automatically logged into the site but will not load the TV listings for me in a normal window.

But if I use the same link in a private window it asks for my user name and password then shows the TV listings and continues to work as it always has.

What could possibly cause this? Has only happened for the last 4 days.

I want to hide the "Search with Google" option from the right-hand menu in Firefox. I'd appreciate it if you could tell me if there's a way to do this. I previously came across an article on how to hide Firefox using userchrome.css, but I can't find it anywhere. I don't use "Search with Google," so I want to hide it. Windows 11. I have my taskbar behaviour set to ‘Automatically hide the Taskbar’ So usually the Taskbar is not displayed, but when I move my cursor to the bottom of the screen it reappears. With Firefox I cannot make the Taskbar reappear.

Every since I updated my MacBook Pro M1 Max chip to Firefox 142.0.1 (aarch64), Firefox locks up & has to be "Force Quit" & restarted almost every day. Please update the app ASAP so I don't have to convert to Google Chrome. Thank you!

When I swipe to the left, Firefox navigates Back & when I swipe to the right, Firefox navigates Forwards. It is VERY ANNOYING!!!! It's really easy to do this accidentally while scrolling around a large web page. When you go back, it deletes all data that was filled out on the web form causing DOUBLE the work.
